Family vacation (4 pers.) at the end of August 2024: Wonderful location, very quiet and private. Exceptional is the large property where you can find a nice, shaded place to rest and enjoy at any time of the day! The bay below the house is very popular, but you can easily go there in the morning and evening if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. The furnishings of the house are sometimes a little older but functionally fine. The communication with Isabella worked flawlessly, and she took care of minor issues right away. The journey is via a quite narrow, winding access road - no problem with careful driving, but of course it takes some time for you to arrive in the next place (shopping, eating out). The house is very well suited for a family with 3-4 children, for 2 families the division of beds/ rooms is rather unfavorable. Absolutely recommended to anyone who loves privacy and nature! Thanks Isabella! It was beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. We enjoyed walking down to the water and going to the many available restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Letizia’s was the perfect place for my family of 5. We had a wonderful time in Marina Di Grosseto. Being steps to the beach made it easy to enjoy with the kids. Letizia’s was a great place to have a “home base” as small little day trips were easy to manage up and down the coast as well as into Grosseto. If we make it back to Marina Di Grosseto, we’d definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay especially with infants. Toys were provided (Duplo, some Playmobil, board games, puzzle, scooter). Heating was very pleasant (March/April). Very bright kitchen/living room with great views of the city/castle, sunrise and sunset. Kitchen was super equipped (e.g. with blender stick). Unfortunately, the washing machine was broken (this was one of the most important criteria when looking for an apartment) which was very annoying as we didn't have so much clothes with us and had to go to the laundromat several times. But Pietro took care of a technician very quickly and then a new washing machine. So everything should fit for the next guests. 😊 Great location right by the beach and you are quickly in town. We would come back. Thank you Pietro for the lovely stay!

Great place to explore, but a little difficult without a car in autumn, buses often delayed; beautiful places Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, also Orbetello is worth it. The large terrace is exceptional, you can quickly walk to the city and to the small beaches; the road under the house is busy, but easy to overcome with pedestrian tunnels, except in the dark, as it is somewhat threatening, there is actually no space for pedestrians.
