Vacation rentals with beach access in Giglio Porto

La signora Lina è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Ottima accoglienza, un particolare che abbiamo gradito molto: vino e due calici per noi. Casa ben tenuta e dotata di ogni confort: stoviglie, tovagliato, biancheria da letto, persino i teli mare!!! Terrazzino che ci siamo goduti fino all'ultimo momento...anche il nostro micione è stato benissimo!!! Grazie davvero, consigliatissimo

Die Wohnung ist sehr strandnah gelegen. Sie ist groß und hat 2 Balkone. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Unmittelbar in der Nähe gibt es Restaurants. Ab Oktober muss man bedenken, dass viele Restaurants bereits geschlossen haben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Wir können diese Wohnung empfehlen.

An adorable beach house! Stayed there with 6 of us which was comfortable with the large balcony. A walk to the beach and a short drive into the beautiful Porto Ercole which is where we had dinner most nights. Thanks for having us to stay.

Laura è stata una perfetta padrona di casa, sempre pronta a rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda e ci ha ospitato come fossimo di famiglia. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulitissimo con tutti i comfort, e si trova in una posizione centralissima ma tranquilla. I parcheggi sono vicini. Consigliatissimo!

Dopo aver girato per una settimana nei dintorni posso assicurarvi che questa casa e' una vera gemma da trovare. Situata letteralmente davanti alla spiaggia (accessibile da un comodo sottopasso proprio fuori dalla casa) con possibilita' di parcheggiare la macchina proprio nel retro della casa davanti al cancello di entrata (i parcheggi sono impossibili da queste parti). La spiaggia di fronte ha acque pulitissime , provato anche dal fatto che molte barche e yacht la sceglievano come sosta. La casa gode anche di una corrente naturale e anche a temperature elevate non abbiamo acceso l'aria condizionata visto che tutte le finestre avevano le zanzariere. C'e' tutto per cucinare , ci si trova a casa propria. Se dovessi ritornare in zona sarebbe la mia prima scelta.

die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft! Sehr ruhig und privat gelegen, nur durch ein Privattor der Anlage zu erreichen Dadurch hatte es am Pool und Meer wenig andere Gäste.Renzo war äussert hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, sehr sympatisch! Und wie beschrieben sind die Sonnenuntergänge einfach traumhaft! Was wir beanstanden :Die Bäder sind renovationsbedürftig und leider war das Geschirr bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber Auch das Sofa hatte einige Flecken .Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass das Wlan im Haus nicht funktioniert , nur in der Anlage. Alles in allem haben wie unseren Aufenthalt aber sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.

Wij vonden het een bijzonder prettig appartement, schoon, ruim en persoonlijk, met een fijne sfeer. We voelden ons er direct thuis. Zeer gunstig gelegen voor het strand met geweldig goede strandtenten op maar een paar minuten lopen. Ook door de zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Dank! We komen graag terug en raden het onze vrienden aan!

Lorella, Giuseppe i co-host di Jacopo sono due persone fantastiche!!! Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa!!! Come omaggio di benvenuto c era una crostata buonissima fatta da Lorella, durante il nostro breve soggiorno ci hanno offerto frutta, caffè, e una splendida e super grigliata, abbiamo passato serate in loro compagnia come amici di sempre!!! E poi Camilla la splendida e simpatica cagnolina sempre pronta a farti le feste e a ricevere tante coccole ci ha robato il cuore!!! La casa Campo albo è ottima per una coppia, confortevole e fresca, super la doccia all esterno ottima per togliere la sabbia e la calura prima di entrare in casa, fantastica la veranda con un bel tavolo per pranzi e cene all aperto!!! La casa è veramente a due passi dal mare cristallino e dalla spiaggia poco affollata e tranquilla..... Un grazie gigante a Lorella e Giuseppe per la loro ospitalità, cordialità e consigli che ci hanno mostrato!!! La consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono passare una vacanza al top!!!

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermietern. Reibungslose und schnelle Kommunikation und sehr flexibel was die An- und Abreise angeht. Top Lage, nur circa 100 Meter bis zum Strand und eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Empfehlenswert für alle, die in Ruhe Urlaub machen und sich ausruhen wollen. Die Altstadt ist sehr belebt und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Am ersten Tag hat uns die Vermieterin sogar Wasser kalt gestellt und frische Croissants mitgebracht.

Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque per dieci giorni nella casa di Cinzia e abbiamo trovato l'alloggio confortevole e ben distribuito. La camera matrimoniale con il bagno privato è il massimo. L'alloggio, di recente ristrutturato, era pulitissimo e con tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria sia per la cucina che per il resto. La zona esterna con un arredamento completo e curato, permette di godersi pranzi, cene e relax nel giardino perfettamente ombreggiato. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia a mezz'ora di cammino dal paese è il luogo ideale per chi ama la tranquillità. Cinzia ha risposto immediatamente alle nostre richieste con cura e gentilezza. Che dire non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Da consigliare veramente.

Il delizioso alloggio di Alexander è luminoso e fresco. Ampi e funzionali spazi all’interno e un comodo accesso su uno spazio esterno in affaccio sul mare al di là di via Panoramica. Perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia e come base per esplorare i meravigliosi dintorni dell’Argentario. Ci siamo innamorati di Cala del Gesso e Cala Grande, raggiungibili a pochi minuti in macchina (e una bella passeggiata, impegnativa ma affascinante) dall’alloggio. Alexander e Ariel sono stati cordiali e disponibilissimi. Consigliato!

Everything as expected: great location, spacious apartment for couples, very nice hosts, we will definitely be back.

Our stay at Alessandra´s place has been fantastic. The house and the terrace are gorgeous. Stitting there in the late afternoon and evenings, watching the sun set is a dream - no need to move much. A nice beach with pebble stone can be reached in walking distance. The house has everything you need and is spacy and comfortable. The mosquito nets in front of doors and windows are pretty useful. For everyone enjoying a great view over the sea it is highly recommended. The communication has been easy and fast. Nothing to complain. Thanks for the great time we had.

Great place to stay! You can feel like an Italian :-) Italian neighbors, Italian food, Italian house. Lucia is a great host full of energy and enthusiasm. It was a great pleasure meeting her.

Our stay in Saturnia at FonteNuova was picture perfect. We stayed in the main house and loved every second of our time there. The hosts provided unbelievable recommendations that made our stay even better than we could have imagined. Waking up you truly feel like you were in a Tuscan film. It was the perfect quiet and peaceful location with the ultimate rustic feel. We cannot wait to come back!

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft, mit einer herrlichen Aussicht, die uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Besonders im Oktober war es wunderbar ruhig in der Umgebung und wir hatten den Ort fast für uns alleine. Die Wohnung ist stimmig eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Hier und da zeigen sich Gebrauchsspuren, was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht beeinflusst hat. Es empfiehlt sich – wie vom Gastgeber beschrieben – vor der Anreise mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken, da der nächste Supermarkt etwa 20-25 Minuten entfernt liegt. Badeschuhe sind für den Steinstrand sehr praktisch, besonders wenn der Wellengang etwas stärker ist. Mit dieser Ausstattung haben wir das immer noch angenehm warme Wasser sehr genießen können. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auf Fragen oder Anliegen schnell und freundlich reagiert.

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, posizione comodissima e centralissima, vista dal terrazzo meravigliosa, possibilità di pagare il parcheggio alla stessa quota dei residenti, cioè 2€ al giorno. Ale è sempre stata disponibilissima e gentilissima in tutto ciò di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno.. consigliatissimo..

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento in ordine, e tenuto molto bene, non mancava nulla . Posto tranquillo, con ottima vista. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Mein Freund und ich wurden herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wir durften verschiedenste Kräuter und Gemüse aus dem Hofgarten nutzen. Wir haben frische Eier bekommen und Hauseigenes Olivenöl. Wir durften auch den Wein probieren und haben direkt ein paar Flaschen gekauft. Die drei Hofhunde sind zuckersüss und wir haben Sie ins Herz geschlossen. Wir durften die Fahrräder nutzen und Edoardo hat uns den Weg zum Park gezeigt. Alles in allem ist das Agriturismo sehr empfehlenswert und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Danke!
