The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2019. It is located in the heart of the Maxvorstadt, surrounded by beautiful cafés, small boutiques, restaurants, and bars. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.
