The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Premium tiny room, perfekte Lage

Kleines,liebevoll gestaltetes Zimmer-12qm- im denkmalgeschützten Altbau zum begrünten Innenhof. Die Fenster sind mit lichtdurchlässigen Plissees vor Blicken geschützt und ein blickdichter Samtvorhang verdunkelt nachts. Es gibt ein Boxbett mit 140cm, Leselampe, Schrank,Wandspiegel und Aufhängemöglichkeiten . Das kleine Bad mit Handtuchheizkörper hat keine Tür, ist aber blickgeschützt bei Toilette und Dusche. Restaurants und S-U-Bahn sind in Minuten zu erreichen. Wlan für Zoom zu schwach.

The apartment is situated on the third floor, with a small balcony overlooking Giesingerplatz. There are several supermarkets less than 200m away, as well as a train, subway and bus station around 50m away (Giesinger Bahnhof). It has a lot of light. Since it is my permanent residence all my belongings are there at all times, but there is free space in the closet and drawers. It is perfectly for teleworking, with a big desk, two work chairs and fast wifi connection.

The U-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk, bus right in front of the house, S-Bahn station can be reached in 5 minutes. Perfect stay. Not only I felt comfortable in the room, but also felt at home in the apartment, which was shared with Volker. I could use the kitchen (vegetarian), everything was super clean, the location is 5 mins from the main station and close to the center as well, and Volker is a very kind host. He gave me all kinds of info and I felt comfortable with him at all times. i can just recommend! Thank you, Volker!

Kati and Stephan’s place provided exactly what we wanted for our stay in Munich. It is a quiet, restful home just steps away from a metro station that got us everywhere we wanted to explore. Kati met us at checkin and made us feel immediately welcome. A light breakfast was available to us every morning. Kati is an artist, and her personal touches show throughout their sweet home. There are also a lot of thoughtful additions, like a reading light on each side of the bed, that we appreciated. The full bathroom is two flights down, but the powder room is much closer and very convenient. The next time we are in Munich, we would love to stay with Kati and Stephan again.

I love Christel’s cozy apartment very much. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet is easy to reach the main train station by metro. The room includes all what you need for a short stay. Christel provided me with very detailed instructions for check in and check out and is always very responsive to my questions. I would definitely recommend this place!

I needed a simple and affordable accommodation for my very short stay in Munich. Hilde’s place exceeded my expectations: it is located in a quiet residential part of Munich within easy reach of the center; I found a spacious room facing a park, shared sparkling clean bathroom and a welcoming and friendly host. The bed was comfortable, the linens good quality. Hilde is a very warm and accommodating person. If I ever come back to Munich again, I would not mind staying there.

Christine welcomed me warmly and proactively described in advance exactly how I could best find her. We had great conversations and I felt very comfortable with her. The place itself was impeccably clean and nicely decorated. There are several public transport options nearby, so you can get from A to B easily. The location is otherwise also very nice, some greenery in the immediate vicinity. Would love to stay with her again anytime.
