On the Giens peninsula, very nice fully renovated studio "Pieds dans l'eau". Closed residence directly on the Bergerie beach. Ideal for a couple with or without children. In 2 minutes you are in the water, in 2 minutes you can take an air-conditioned nap. the fully equipped studio is on the first floor facing west with a beautiful terrace, sunset and small view of the salt marshes and in the distance the Almanarre. everything is at your fingertips: Porquerolles and the beaches of the peninsula. sunshine guaranteed!

I offer you my pretty studio of 24 m2 enjoying a central location between the village of Giens and the beach of Almanarre. The pier for the island of Porquerolles is a 15-minute walk away. It is a small nest with a living room with kitchen, its dining area, a bedroom area (new sofa bed in 160*200 + 1 driver) and a bathroom refurbished in winter 2024. An exposed balcony IS to enjoy the sun for breakfast and a parking space complete the property.
