Independent sleeping area (with window and door) and a sofa bed (for a possible 3rd person) in the living room. Open and equipped kitchen, small loggia with bay window opening onto terrace, indoor living room. Dishwasher, washing machine, 3 bikes available:)

Lone Star Riviera - 5 minutes walk to the beach

New modern house, heated pool and walking distance to the beach 'plage du Pradon'. The villa is also on a hill with a view of the peninsula 'presqu'ile de Giens'. The upper level has the kitchen / living / master bed and bath. A large outdoor patio gives on to the pool . Master bed is 200x200. Downstairs on the lower level, 3 guest bedrooms give on to a large wooden deck and a sand field to enjoy relaxing and play games. Beds are 140x190, 130x200 and the 3 single beds are 85x190

The Verdon Gorge is 1.5 hours away. You will enjoy the calm, the singing of birds and cicadas.
