An EAST-facing balcony to enjoy the sun at breakfast and a parking space complete the property.

It is close to all amenities (2 km from the city center). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from tourist places. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).
