It is a small nest with a living room with kitchen, its dining area, a bedroom area (new sofa bed in 160*200 + 1 armchair) and a bathroom refurbished in winter 2024. An EAST-facing balcony to enjoy the sun at breakfast and a parking space complete the property.

There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).
