What a wonderful stay we had with my two daughters! We were welcomed as if we were part of the family. The place is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Kua was always attentive to us and helped us with our organization for visiting the surroundings. The house is located 20/30 minutes drive from the wonders of Ninh Binh. Kua's parents can either take you for a motorcycle ride around the area, or you can also rent bikes from them. It is 10/15 minutes from a very beautiful pagoda to visit away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. Each meal shared with Kua's parents was a real pleasure of flavors and a beautiful moment of sharing! I was able to learn how to make tofu. 🥰 Being a bit far from supermarkets, remember to bring your favorite snacks just in case 😄 For an immersion in Vietnamese culture, this is the perfect place. Probably our best Airbnb in Vietnam, the accommodation is true to the description in an idyllic setting, so much so that we extended our stay as the hotel was of quality and there were many activities in the area. Nghoàn, her husband and Thuy have always been very responsive and accommodating, and above all very kind. I loved communicating with them!We were also able to rent scooters at the hotel which is a big plus in a small town.

We loved our stay at the apartment. It was exactly like the photos - a beautifully styled place that feels like home. The amenities were great and the outdoor space had beautiful views of the pagoda at night. The location is great and the downstairs coffee shop is a bonus! The host and coffee shop staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

LOCATION, location, location. We had a great time here which was helped by a free upgrade on our first night because we had an issue with our room. The cafe at the bottom is a vibe and the location is great. Saturday night in this area is a must for date night and the staff were so amazing thank you guys

we had a lovely stay here . there was 6 of us and we had the whole floor to ourselves . it was on the river front and everything was walkable .
