Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gia Viễn District

I have a pleasure of staying here. The natural surrounding is stunning. My family love it so much. The staff are all nice and helpful , specially thanks to the staff called Near and her sister assist with different problems. The hostel provides a free breakfast which is simple and delicious. Overall, I would recommend this homestay to all of you.

Very kind hosts of the house. They helped us and told us wherever we could, I am very glad that I stayed at their place! I want to come back, thank you! You can also rent a bike from them and so on.

This host was amazing, they went out of their way to help. Everything from private drivers to get around to offering push bikes and scooters to hire. The breakfast was great with lots of menu options. Great recommendations to visit local area. We would return without a second thought. Lovely family. We felt cared for and looked after. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you ❤️

This guest house feels like a little sanctuary from the hustle, where time slows down and comfort embraces you at the door. Clean, bright rooms, soft lighting, peaceful silence, and a sense that you’re not just a guest — you’re visiting old friends. The hosts are warm and caring, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and kindness. You don’t just stay here overnight — you rest with your whole body and soul. Would love to come back.

Our stay was very nice, the place is beautiful and quiet. Our host speaks pretty good German and English and was extremely helpful. You can rent a scooter if you are interested. One thing that did not work out perfectly was finding the place because it has the wrong address on Airbnb. You are not supposed to go to Mua Hang Eco Garden, instead search for “Trang An Legend” and you will find it right away.

We absolutely loved our time at Brothers Homestay in Ninh Binh! The host was amazing – so friendly, attentive, and always smiling. We were able to rent mopeds at a great price and even got to keep them after we checked out, which made exploring the area so much easier. What really stood out was that we were welcomed back for a shower before our night bus – such a thoughtful touch. The hospitality here went above and beyond. Honestly, it’s been the best place we’ve stayed in Vietnam so far. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Nihn Binh!

Our group had a wonderful stay! Thành’s place was very comfortable and clean. His wife made wonderful meals for us. His place is located 15-20 minutes away from Ninh Binh attractions, but he organizes all transportation. The neighborhood outside his property is not very walkable, but you can enjoy some biking. He organized a wonderful two days of sight-seeing & gave us many options on what to see in the local area. Every detail of every day was seamless, and his planning went above and beyond. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the Ninh Binh area!! Thank you Thành!

It was amazing! Our best place since the start of the stay in Vietnam. ❤️A real favorite.❤️ We could have stayed there for weeks. The setting is so peaceful, pleasant and there is everything to feel good. The room was perfect and the breakfast was excellent. There is also a restaurant for lunch and evening which is very very good. But most importantly, this family is adorable. They did a lot to make us feel at home and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts! We were very sad to leave this place. 🙏🏼🌸🌞🌈

We had a wonderful time at this place! The apartment fully matched the description: it was clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient — close to restaurants and various attractions. Communication with the host was fast and pleasant; they responded quickly to all our questions, and there is an option to book transfers and tours. We are very grateful for the hospitality and will definitely come back if we have the chance!
