We were very warmly welcomed by Eleonora and Marco, the lovingly furnished apartment was very clean and corresponded 100% to the description and photos. The location at the gates of Pisa is ideal to explore the surrounding cities and the hinterland. Lucca, Livorno, Pontedera (Piaggio Museum, a must for Vespa fans), Florence can be easily reached in 30-60 minutes. We liked using the bikes provided to get to the center of Pisa, the weekly market or various restaurants in 15 minutes without stress. Supermarkets are a 2-5 minute drive away. We were able to end the day on the covered terrace with a glass of wine and had our privacy at all times. A word about the kitchen: there is a gas stove and microwave, but no oven, otherwise it has everything you need. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back to Eleonora and Marco.
