Op 75meter afstand is er al een populair restaurant, bovendien meer keuze op 350meter afstand in het Patershol. Talrijke winkels nabij. De ruimte is ruim (70m²) en er is een buitenplaats om afval te plaatsen. Private toegang tot de studio. Enkel de gang is gedeeld met mijn gezin. Absolute stilte wordt gevraagd van 10 pm tot 6 am.

The estate has a private area of 10,000 m² and parking on its own enclosed estate. We hebben 3 bootjes en 5-tal fietsen gratis ter beschikking. Verder is er een bos met speelplein en manege in de buurt, net zoals enkele fietsroutes. Moest je even geen zin hebben om te koken, kan je op restaurant of kan je vooraf ontbijt (€10 gewoon/€23 luxe) en bbq-pakket bestellen, geleverd ter plaatse .
