The house is located in a small village between Ghent and Bruges. The house is right next to our house. There is total privacy. There is a separate entrance, a small terrace at the entrance. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with lounge and TV. For a third person, there is a full bed in the living room. There is an equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave and dining table. There is a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

In addition to its unique location, it is above all very peaceful with lots of greenery and offers an excellent base for cycling or walking in the beautiful Flemish Ardennes. The Market Square is 600 metres from the house. There is a cosy sun terrace at the front. There are hardly any cars in the street. The private heated outdoor pool is open from May to September. Breakfast is not included but can be booked. The guest house is always completely private for 1 group or couple.
