Op 75meter afstand is er al een populair restaurant, bovendien meer keuze op 350meter afstand in het Patershol. Talrijke winkels nabij. De ruimte is ruim (70m²) en er is een buitenplaats om afval te plaatsen. Private toegang tot de studio. Enkel de gang is gedeeld met mijn gezin. Absolute stilte wordt gevraagd van 10 pm tot 6 am.

The property has a private area of 10,000 m² and parking on its own enclosed property. There is a spacious living room and kitchen, connected to a very spacious terrace of 60 m² with jacuzzi that adjoins the beautiful spacious pond. Loft boat 'The Panter'

'The Panter' is a 39m boat from the 60ies. Used for years in transport, it is now tastefully transformed into a loftboat. The front of the boat is entirely yours and has a private entrance. The four of us live in the tail end of the boat with our cat. The studio consists of a living room & kitchen with a mezzanine that has a queensize bed. The second part is a smaller room with a queensize bed, shower and toilet. Outside you can enjoy the sunset from the upper deck or relax on the patio.
