This rental exceeded our expectations in every way. So quiet, so peaceful. We hated to leave after only a short visit. We could have stayed there forever! We were glad we rented a car because it is a little remote - which is what makes it so great! It is an awesome place to come back to after a day of sightseeing and adventuring.

This is how AirBnB has to be. 10/10! A beautiful place that makes it easy to feel right at home. For us, it was the perfect base for three city trips for three days. Brussels, Bruges and Antwerp were easy to reach via train. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Gert.

Don't hesitate to book. This is a great find. Erwin provides a clear detailed helpful guide to his place and to Ghent. He was responsive and lots of little extras were provided. Easy travel into the centre of Ghent ( and buses are free with the Ghent City Pass which itself is brilliant value for money). The place itself is peaceful and to a high spec. Very comfortable with everything you need. We would happily stay again.

Silke and Kjell's studio is very cozy and stylishly decorated. We didn't meet Silke and Kjell in person, but they were very quick to respond if we had a question. (Thank you for the coffee milk so we could still enjoy a bag of coffee for breakfast😊) The garden is idyllic and a cozy beast, and is indeed close to the highway, but we knew that.

My parents and their dog had a wonderful weekend at Karin's place! From the moment they arrived, they felt right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, with all the amenities they needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly thoughtful and even left some special touches that made my parents’ stay even more enjoyable. The location was quiet and peaceful, close to the sea and to Bruges. The dog-friendly setup was a huge plus. Communication with Karin was smooth and easy, and she was always quick to respond to any questions. Travelled from London for our stay, we found it very easy to find and the place was amazing. Everything was super clean and well furnished, it was exactly as per the pictures or maybe even better! Having to go outside to go downstairs to the bathroom/shower was a little odd but not that big of a deal, we knew about this before coming. Also would have been nice to have a hob & cooking equipment to prepare our own meals if we wanted to, that would have made it perfect. Everything else was outstanding and so much fun in a beautiful peaceful surrounding. Great location with easy travel options to tourist hotspot towns. Would love to come back again! Thank you

Very nice host, who welcomed us two days in this house. The rental is located close to a tram that brings you to the city in less than 30 minutes. Following a delay of the train martin was able to adapt to our schedules. I would this place to stay. Very nice stay.

Our stay at Conny’s Airbnb in Aalter, Belgium was absolutely fantastic! The space was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect size for our group of six, providing plenty of room for everyone. Conny was an amazing host—she was welcoming, thoughtful, and provided excellent recommendations for local sights and dining. The location is ideal, just a short drive from both Bruges and Ghent, two must-see cities. Plus, there’s a bus stop only a 10-minute walk away, making transportation super easy. We felt completely at home and highly recommend staying here. A 5-star experience all around!

Johan is a great host. When i arrived at Ghent at night, I initially went to the wrong address. There are 2 similar address at ghent and merelbeke. So be careful with that. Anyways, Johan kept communication with me to help me get to the correct place and also welcomed us at the venue even though it was very late at night. The apartment is convenient for 2 people and is well equipped.
