This rental exceeded our expectations in every way. So quiet, so peaceful. We hated to leave after only a short visit. We could have stayed there forever! We were glad we rented a car because it is a little remote - which is what makes it so great! It is an awesome place to come back to after a day of sightseeing and adventuring.

So muss AirBnB sein. 10/10! Ein wunderschöner Ort, der es einem leicht macht, sich sofort zu Hause zu fühlen. Für uns war es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für drei Städtetrips an drei Tagen. Brüssel, Brügge und Antwerpen waren super mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank Gert.

We hadden een heerlijke tijd in het fijne guesthouse van Kris. Mooie ligging met prachtig uitzicht en toch dicht bij horeca, supermarkt ed. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer/vrouw die veel goede tips gaven. Ook goed bereikbaar voor vragen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.

Don't hesitate to book. This is a great find. Erwin provides a clear detailed helpful guide to his place and to Ghent. He was responsive and lots of little extras were provided. Easy travel into the centre of Ghent ( and buses are free with the Ghent City Pass which itself is brilliant value for money). The place itself is peaceful and to a high spec. Very comfortable with everything you need. We would happily stay again.

De studio van Silke en Kjell is erg gezellig en stijlvol ingericht. We hebben Silke en Kjell niet persoonlijk ontmoet, maar ze reageerden erg snel als we een vraag hadden. (dankjewel voor de koffiemelk zodat we alsnog van een tasje koffie konden genieten bij het ontbijt 😊) De tuin is idyllisch en een gezellige beestenboel, en ligt inderdaad vlak bij de autostrade, maar dat wisten we.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt und den Whirlpool sehr genossen. Es war der perfekte Ort, um abzuschalten. Wir sind unkompliziert nach Antwerpen gefahren über das P&R in Melese (sehr empfehlenswert). Gunter war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und super hilfsbereit - wurden mit einem Willkommensgetränk herzlichst begrüßt.

My parents and their dog had a wonderful weekend at Karin's place! From the moment they arrived, they felt right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, with all the amenities they needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly thoughtful and even left some special touches that made my parents’ stay even more enjoyable. The location was quiet and peaceful, close to the sea and to Bruges. The dog-friendly setup was a huge plus. Communication with Karin was smooth and easy, and she was always quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pet-friendly place in the area. Thank you Karin!

Veronique was zeer vriendelijk, proactief en flexibel. Ik kwam onverwachts later dan gemeld, dit was geen probleem. Ook was het ontbijtje een fijne verrassing waar ik niet op rekenende (had niet goed gelezen dat dit was inbegrepen). Mooie plek en rustig, goed geslapen op doorreis maar kan mij voorstellen dat het goed toeven is wanneer er ruime is voor een langer verblijf.

Agnes is an amazing person and her accommodation is wonderful. I was talking English and she flemish/french. We always understood each other. Much fun. :)

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Arno und Annique. Sie sind sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Das Haus ist super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, liegt wunderbar ruhig im Garten, hat eine tolle Terrasse und einen herrlichen Ausblick ins Tal. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten z.B. Gent, Brügge, Brüssel und Antwerpen sind leicht und schnell erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

La chambre d’hôte de Jan est conforme aux photos. C’est bien plus qu’une chambre mais un appartement avec grande salle de douche avec We séparé, une belle chambre ainsi qu’un coin salon ainsi qu’un table et frigo. La chambre est cosy et très bien décorée. Le café et le thé sont à disposition. Une belle terrasse, avec luminaires sympa, deux chaises longues et table ainsi qu’un grand jacuzzi couvert qui peut donc être utilisé quand il pleut. Un superbe dîner composé d’une entrée ainsi qu’un plat peut aussi être commandé, c’était un délice. Et que dire du petit déjeuner très varié et copieux. De plus et ce qui n’est pas négligeable, Jan est discret et attentionné Nous y reviendrons c’est certain.

Our stay at Conny’s Airbnb in Aalter, Belgium was absolutely fantastic! The space was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect size for our group of six, providing plenty of room for everyone. Conny was an amazing host—she was welcoming, thoughtful, and provided excellent recommendations for local sights and dining. The location is ideal, just a short drive from both Bruges and Ghent, two must-see cities. Plus, there’s a bus stop only a 10-minute walk away, making transportation super easy. We felt completely at home and highly recommend staying here. A 5-star experience all around!

Johan is a great host. When i arrived at Ghent at night, I initially went to the wrong address. There are 2 similar address at ghent and merelbeke. So be careful with that. Anyways, Johan kept communication with me to help me get to the correct place and also welcomed us at the venue even though it was very late at night. The apartment is convenient for 2 people and is well equipped.
