Excellent stay in a fab apartment. Great location and property as described. Stefania was a fantastic host and was always available for any issues. A perfect stay for out time in Lake Maggiore. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Everything was very clean, very well equipped kitchen. Modern bathroom. The street is quite busy, but at night the traffic decreases. The windows have triple insulating glass, which also helps. At night, you can open the windows to the courtyard. For the windows in the bedroom, I would have liked opaque curtains to prevent the morning light from brightening the bedroom (despite closed shutters). The air conditioning in the living room and bedroom was great. It had everything we needed. The hosts are very nice, respond quickly and are helpful.

We had a lovely 4 night stay in this beautiful region. The apartment is very comfortable, exceptionally clean and has good facilities. Hosts are very welcoming and available if needed. We required some assistance with purchasing a local parking card, and our query was answered swiftly via text message with Monica, which was excellent. The beautiful garden area and pool are well looked after and a great place to relax with a glass of wine after a day sightseeing, watching the sun sink behind the mountain opposite.
