The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room, which is currently being renovated.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

From the apartment there is a good connection to Marienplatz in 15 minutes (S-Bahn) and in approx. 15 minutes to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) by tram 19. Parking is free outside the door. Within walking distance is a shopping mall, the Westpark, for a walk, bakeries, supermarkets, drugstores and small restaurants.

A narrow spiral staircase leads to the small apartment for max. 2 people. Double bed, bathroom with shower, small kitchen, view of the garden. Barbecue and terrace may be used. To Waldschwaigsee about 400 m, to the bus stop about 200 m. My dog walks freely on the premises. Dachau is 2 km away, Munich is about 15 km away.
