Julie was amazing! I booked this space for my mom and a friend and they absolutely loved it. Julie is extremely responsive and welcoming, and the space was exactly as we thought it would be. I would definitely rent again!

Don't let this being a "new" listing make you question anything, my best friend and I have been coming here for years and just like the first time, it is an absolute gem. The space: it is 2 bedrooms, both good in size and comfort. The kitchen has everything you'd need for quick meals, but let's be honest, you're going to Memphis so may as well just use it for some late night pizzas! The living room is a good size and it is perfect for hanging out. The area: it is most definitely walkable to downtown and Beale, or to the baseball stadium. There are a couple fantastic restaurants within a block, and you MUST go get chicken at Gus's. The secured parking and reserved spot give you a sense of peace knowing your car is safe. The owners: absolutely fantastic. The current owners were co-hosts when we started coming here, and they did not miss a beat. Always responsive, great recommendations, and just a pleasure to do business with. All in all, if this place available, book it. 10/10

Without a doubt, the best AB&B experience we've ever had. The home is one of those you'd pay to just walk through. The apartment is spacious, very clean and well equiped. We lived in Memphis for over 50 years before moving away, and you won't find a better location in the metro area. You're a (1) minute walk away from one of the best green spaces found anywhere. Take your running shoes. The hosts are charming, accessable and eagar to help in any way they can. Make sure you take them up on the offer to tour the main house. We can't wait to go back and see it decorated for Christmas.

This is a perfect stay for those traveling alone for business or just a getaway. Very quiet and peaceful area. The host is always responsive and understanding. You probably won’t want to rent any other unit after you stay here.

Definitely one of our favorites Airbnb stays. The apartment was comfy, spacious, stylishly furnished and spotlessly clean. We couldn't have asked for more! Mark was great at communicating and flexible with check in/out. We also loved the neighborhood for its peace & quiet and walkability to grocery store, restaurants and bars.

I initially didn’t realize the apartment for rent was a hotel room, but was pleasantly surprised at how easy and great the location was to find/check into and stay! Trey was so thoughtful and responsive with all communication, it was nice to have such a personable experience for a hotel stay.

When i think back about the loft... i keep coming out with 2 words... Extremely Charming... Followed by Sooo Comfortable, and then there's THE location.. If you are there to get some Downtown Memphis.. It is ridiculous how convenient you are to it all. It makes no sense. Do yourself a favor... . if its available.. grab it.. because it won't be long. When I first stumbled upon this place on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it was shown. John is a gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The place is just very nice. Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is pretty good in relation to Memphis. John H had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our weekend comfortable and memorable. We'll def be returning and look forward to booking again with a great host.

Comfortable, spacious apartment within easy walking distance to Overton Square. We loved that Kirk provided local beer, coffee, and water. Thanks for a great stay!
