Brand new, beautifully and tastefully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need – every detail has been thoughtfully perfected. My wife and I felt even better than at home. But the true highlight is the host – Keti. She is not just a wonderful person, she’s an angel in every sense of the word. Her kindness, helpfulness, and warm personality went far beyond anything we expected. She supported us even with things completely unrelated to the rental – we truly felt cared for and welcomed. If you’re looking for an exceptional place, with top-notch quality, a cozy, homely atmosphere, and a host you’ll never forget – look no further. This apartment is simply perfect!

This apartment was in a great condition, very modern and lovely for us to stay 1 week with our cat. Location is great, in a residential area, and has a couple of restaurants, gym and supermarket in the same block. Also, the metro station was at 5 minutes by foot. Tatia was super helpful, and very fast to respond whenever we needed help. Overall, would recommend this place to stay for a couple of days in Tibilisi!

The place is amazing well decorated the view is astonishing you can always go for a walk and clear your mind the room details are phenomenal the hostess did an amazing job there is everything you need in the apartment from kitchen stuff to bathing stuff sufficient blankets and towel its just amazing

Lali is a very responsible host and was in touch all the time. This is the cleanest apartment I have ever rented, with all the necessary amenities and even more for a comfortable stay. It’s in a good location with nice restaurants nearby.

This apartment is incredible!! we felt right at home. Lasha is an excellent host, he responded very quickly and he literally saved us and ensured our best comfort. Check-in was seamless, we easily found the entrance, and there was a small welcome gift in the room. The apartment is bright, with a surprising view of a quiet courtyard with trees and even a mountain. Better than on the photos. The building has a 24-hour grocery store and a bistro with delicious food. We highly recommend this place to anyone who loves stylish interiors and comfort. We would be delighted to stay here again.

Awesome apartment with an awesome host! My parents stayed in this apartment, and they say it's the best rent apartment they've ever been to. Everything is tidy and clean, all amenities are in place, the apartment is very cozy, bright and warm, and it's quiet at night. The view from the balcony is terrific. Tea is very responsive and hospitable. The building is conveniently located close to the city center, railway and metro stations, and there is a trading center nearby too. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely come back. Thank you Tea!

Everything was nice, it was easy to get into the house. Khati was helpful with everything. The only problem was that there was constant wind in the house on windy days. However, it is an apartment where you can stay with peace of mind.

I really enjoyed my stay! The place looks exactly like it does in the photos. Nino was incredibly responsive and always ready to help with anything I needed. The neighborhood is great – quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors. Also, there’s a cool cat living in the yard – definitely a bonus!

This was our third trip to Georgia in 2024, but our inaugural visit to Bakuriani. Bakuriani captivated us with its beauty, offering a unique blend of autumn ambiance, chilly weather, rain, and snowfall all within three days. Conveniently located near a dog park, we enjoyed a delightful day mingling with horses and huskies. Our host was exceptionally gracious, accommodating us on short notice with a warm welcome. For our safety, he thoughtfully installed cameras in the front and back yards. A heartfelt thank you to our host!

A true family home in an extremely peaceful neighborhood. I felt like a kid visiting my grandma. You’ll find everything you need here. The neighbors are friendly—you greet each other in the street, and kids play outside. Great local services nearby. There’s a small yard where you can easily park your car. In Tbilisi, power or water outages can occasionally happen, but they’re usually brief—and with Tamara, it’s never a problem. It’s called the Writer’s House for a reason—my stay was a work trip, and it was a perfect place to focus and create.
