The apartment is in an old building with high ceilings, lots and lots of light and a balcony, facing straight south, so you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset looking over the ocean and the small harbour. Kitchen and dining room are two rooms connected with a double door. The bedroom is bright and clean with a very comfortable king size bed. The two living rooms are always nice and clean with a woodburning stove. The kitchen is fully euqipped with fridge, freezer, dish washer, toaster, blender, juicer, soaps etc. The apartment is on the third floor and very quiet and bright. I always keep it nice and clean. The apartment is nicely suited for a couple, friends or business travelers wanting to wake up to something unique and bright. The Area This place is one of most trendy and attractive areas in the city right now with lots of stores, plus of course Emmerys and Lagkagehusets famous coffeshops and bakeries just down on the corner, fancy designer stores and good restaurants. Distances Aiport: 30 min. by car. 30 min by Bus and Metro. You need to take the train to Hellerup station and then 10 min walk or take a taxi from the station. The ocean and a nice small beach is just next to the house and a harbor with a tennis court and rose garden. Supermarket: 100m Cafe: 100 m. City center: 8 km. Free parking on the street. Nice sound system supported by Apple Airport so you can play wireless through Itunes, Ipod, Iphone or just by connecting with the jack plug. Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. The house is located in a peaceful residential area on a closed road in the middle of Søborg, only 150 meters from Søborg Hovedgade. There are three different supermarkets less than 100 meters from the house, as well as plenty of local restaurants.
