Poltrona letto disponibile per eventuale terza persona molto in confidenza (la doccia è al centro del locale, e funge anche da punto luce). Letto 140 sopraelevato. Angolo cottura. Attenzione al lato estetico essendo uno spazio piccolo e una struttura antica. La zona del Carmine e piazza della Giuggiola sono magnifiche.
