Apartment vacation rentals in Genoa

Very cosy, small flat. Equipped with everything you need, from towels to kitchen appliances and washing machine. For 3 people it is great, for 4 it could be a stretch. The hosting Team is marvelous. They were absolutely flexible with all our requests (we have arrived very late and left relatively late). However they have accommodated all our requests. It is quite an exercise to reach the flat, the steepest stairs i have seen. But the view and the very cosy and neat environment was worth that all. The beach is 1 minute walk. many restaurants with a lot of seafood varieties. It was a great long weekend we had spent there

This AirBnB surpassed our expectations and the pictures definitely don’t do it justice. It’s huge, has everything you need, and the view is simply breathtaking…we never wanted to leave. Sarah, the Host, is extremely friendly and helpful. She definitely went the extra mile - picked us up from the station, took us grocery shopping, offered a late check out, and shared local recommendations. While it is well connected to nearby attractions by public transport, be warned that the walk up is brutal - hundreds of steps from the station - and definitely not suitable with luggage. However, there is a bus that comes every hour and the view was worth it. We would love to stay again and highly recommend the accommodations to others.

The most amazing place I have ever stayed in. Looked exactly like the photos and was even better than expected. The sun deck and outside space was incredible with bed views. I will definitely be back.

I had an amazing time in Genova and nearby towns, so relaxing, full of history and just stunning. The apartment is in the best location and central to everything. A few steps to the port and the ferry to Portofino, public transport to/from airport, historical sites, fabulous restaurants and beautiful shops. The apartment is as described, very clean, fully equipped, comfortable, quiet and homely. I would recommend for a stay in Genova. Fiorenza is a fabulous host, so helpful, warm and she went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable and stress-free. Communication with Fiorenza was excellent throughout and she even arranged for her lovely friend to help me out with an issue on a Sunday morning, which was incredibly kind and very thoughtful. Hello... The accommodation is very small. But so well designed. Super nice accommodation. Lots of amenities. (there is air conditioning) (a TV) etc... nothing missing. And in addition it is very close to the historic center. 2 train stations. if you arrive by train. very close to the large port of Genoa. It's really well located... Just a heads up... you have to go up 2 floors and there's no elevator. Otherwise, apart from that... I would recommend this place 100% without a problem...

A beautiful place with an incredible view of the beach and sea. The location is superb, right in the middle of the wonderful carruggi in Varazze. We loved stepping outside for our morning croissant and coffee at Gatto Nero. With the apartment being high up we felt so peaceful everytime we returned home from a day exploring. There is a lift so access is also easy. And we loved the air con ! Excellent wifi also 👌 Maria doesnt speak English so we met using google translate and whattsapp and the check in and check out was very easy. Maria responded so quickly to messages and all our questions throughout the booking were answered quickly. Maria was very smiley and friendly and offered lovely local recommendations and we enjoyed our lunch at Vino e Cucino. This truly was a lovely place in a truly lovely place. We wouldnt hesitate to return. Grazie Mille xx

Would 100% recommend staying. Apartment was immaculately clean and very modern interior. Hosts were attentive and provided local recommendations. Good location.

Giulio was a an outstanding host that greeted us at the residence. He meet us earlier than the check in time and showed us all the amenities and gave great instructions on how everything worked. Great location close to the port,train station and close enough to go out for dinner. There is a wonderful grocery store right next door with great produce and everything else that you could need. The apartment is very nice and location is amazing.

Good location, walking distance from the centre. It’s an uphill walk back from the centre to the apartment, but there is a lift close to the apartment. Marco is extremely helpful and responsive.

Petra's house is truly a jewel in the heart of an area of Liguria that I love very much. Clean, bright, quiet...open the window of the room and overlooking the sea is worth the stay! We'll definitely be back! Thanks Petra!

Nice little apartment that appears newly renovated. Clean and well furnished. Small nice balcony, however, it is a little sad with the neighbor's view. But it works fine. The host is extremely helpful and responds asap to all inquiries. Can only be recommended to other guests who want to stay in a nice neighborhood in the city center. Elevator to 3rd floor is fine. It is quiet in the evening in the property.

Excellent stay, very good equipped studio. Beautiful view of the city from the room. Great location right the hearth of town. All necessities available including washer and small kitchen which was great. Definitely recommend to stay. Andreea was nice and very responsive

Maurizio’s place was lovely, clean and cozy. It was located in a very beautiful street and we felt that we could walk to most places, but we also had the choice to catch the metro/bus as both stations were very close by. Maurizio took us on as a last minute stay, which we really appreciated. I really liked the printed out “guide” with all sorts of tips and recommendations around the area. What stood out the most to me is the fact that he included rules on how to eat focaccia which we won’t forget. Very informative and helpful, when we needed help figuring out metro times he was speedy to respond and sent links to the websites we needed. We loved Bianca’s place! It is decorated beautifully and the view is amazing. It is close to many great beach spots, a mini supermarket and local cafes as well as the bus stops. Plus a 20 minute walk to Santa Margharita/the train station. Bianca was so friendly and helpful. We will be back!

The apartment was very central for public transport and lots of great restaurants and bars. Genoa is a great city and it’s fun and definitely not overly touristy which we loved. Our hosts could not have been more genuine and helpful and we would love to come back one day. Grazie Mille 😊

We had a wonderful stay in Cristina and Alberto’s apartment. It was great to be so close to the beach and the bus route into Genoa. The apartment was very well kitted out. We had everything we needed and more! It was like staying at a family home! Spare adaptors, shopping bags, laundry accessories, Tupperware, beach toys etc. It was brilliant! We felt right at home straight away. It was wonderful to be given access to Alberto’s vegetable and herb garden - the fresh lemons and basil was delicious! If you’re after an authentic Italian stay near the beach this is the place for you! A bonus to have fresh focaccia, wine, cake and cheese on arrival. Would love to come back. They made us feel very welcome, including our 4 year old daughter, who was delighted with her special bedroom and apricot juice!! Arrivaderci Bocadasse!

A lovely property in a great location. Vera and Bruno were so accommodating to us and our 10-month old. Can’t recommend this place enough for anyone who wants a relaxing vacation with easy access to the beautiful coastal villages via the 10-minute walk to the train.

Impeccable living room. The studio is functional and well organized, the bathroom and open kitchen are very clean. The plus is undoubtedly the terrace that enjoys a panoramic view of the Gulf of Tigullio. Finally, the flights of stairs are not as steep and tiring as some have claimed, but they make the stay even more characteristic. In short, the location is a resounding success

Hospitable and well-kept apartment, tastefully chosen furniture. The mezzanine always looks great. Although it is immersed in the historic center, it can also be safely chosen by those who are not familiar with the "dynamics of the alleys". Camilla is a super helpful, kind and friendly host.
