Condo vacation rentals in Genoa

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto rilassante! La signora Marta è stata incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, accogliendoci personalmente e facendoci sentire subito a casa. La casa è molto pulita e ben curata, con una cucina perfettamente attrezzata e ricca di accessori e stoviglie. La posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dal centro storico e dal lungomare, facilmente raggiungibili con una breve passeggiata, ma in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un luogo accogliente e comodo per esplorare la città

Alloggio incantevole con un affaccio mozzafiato su Camogli. La casa è affacciata direttamente sul mare con due finestre.

Cavi è tranquilla e piccola ma offre comunque i servizi piu utili come bar, supermercati, ristoranti. Con il minimo spostamento, anche via treno , è possibile spostarsi e visitare molti altri punti mare ed entroterra. Host super gentile e disponibile, casa perfetta come nelle foto e completa di tutto, davvero tutto.

Bellissimo alloggio in ogni suo particolare, l’accoglienza all’arrivo è stata ottima, ci siamo trovati benissimo come stare a casa , gli host sono stati gentilissimi sia all’arrivo che durante tutto il soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente a tutti una vacanza presso di loro, la zona è tranquilla ed è vicino al mare allo stesso tempo.Sicuramente ritorneremo da loro .

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and easily accommodated our family of five. The apartment has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean and there are two terraces to soak in the view. The apartment is a short walk from the Monterosso train station. However, it does require climbing steps. We have young kids (youngest being 7) and they all did fine. However, I can see the walk to the apartment being difficult for those who may have limited mobility. We hope to come back to Cinque Terre and would stay here again.

Great stay. Location is great, easy communication & enough storage room for bikes close to the apartment. Would reccomend to anyone looking for more modern accomodation in Finale. Thanks again.

We enjoyed our 7-night stay at the GreenHouse. It's in a convenient, central location within Centro Storico, walkable to pretty much everything. Countless good restaurants, some that are literally right on your doorstep, and the rest within a 10 minute walk. The property is cozy and well supplied with everything you need, as well as some generous welcome amenities like fresh trofie al pesto and local desserts. Definitely above and beyond most Airbnbs. To nitpick: it's a little dark inside, but about what we expected from the caruggi of Genova. The main bed is on the small side for two people and could be slightly more comfortable, but on par with most Airbnbs in the price range. And there is a bit of noise - being in the bustling Centro Storico, as you would expect. Giulia was a great host; she welcomed us personally, showed us around the flat and gave helpful recommendations. Really enjoyed the stay overall, would return!

Appartamento veramente grazioso, curato nei dettagli, pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Zona centralissima e tranquilla, comoda per visitare la città. Grande disponibilità da parte della proprietaria per il check in. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della scelta.

Pietro ottimo host, comunicazioni in tempo reale. Siamo arrivati alla sera e il check in e’ stato perfetto come da indicazioni di Pietro. Il punto di forza della casa, oltre a essere 5 minuti dal mare, e’ il parcheggio riservato. Casa con cucina attrezzata, asciugami disponibili e ben riscaldata. La consiglio vivamente.

Una splendida Terrazza sul Mare! Abbiamo (io e mia figlia di 8 anni) soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento mansardato dal 24 al 26 Aprile 2025. Siamo rimaste molto colpite dalla vicinanza alla spiaggia e stazione ferroviaria, dalla terraza incantevole e molto accogliente! La pulizia degli ambienti, la praticità del mobilio e gli utensili sono al top! 💯 È stata una bellissima esperienza a Savona! Cyprien è stato molto alla mano e accogliente nel momento del nostro arrivo. Grazie mille! Continuate così! Alla prossima! ♥️

This is a beautiful home and an amazing location. Giancarlo was clear, and very accommodating for my newborn, even though we had a last minute change of plans. The views were amazing, I was able to walk to everything I wanted to, and it was very safe. He had provided for a lot of goodies to make my life easier here. Thank you again would definitely rebook when I’m back in town.

Petit appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut proche du vieux centre et plutôt tranquille. La communication et les explications avec Paola étaient très clair. Attention, l'escalier pour accéder à l'appartement est plutôt raide et exiguë mais une fois en haut, tout est très bien.

Super logement idéalement situé ! Très fidèle à sa description. Les hôtes ont été très accueillant et l’accueil et le départ se sont fait naturellement. Je recommande !

I had a lovely stay at Cosimo’s apartment. I walked from the train station which was not far, but steep with luggage! Though it was a beautiful private walkway there, and a quick way into town when you don’t have your luggage :) Cosimo was an extremely helpful host. He provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and was very helpful upon checkin, giving me a tour of the building and all of its amenities. Very responsive whenever I had a question as well! If you are looking for an escape amongst the hills of the Italian riviera, this is the place!

Elena è stata un'hosta accogliente e accomodante. la posizione della sua struttura è davvero riparata. la finestra dell'appartamento affaccia direttamente sul mare, regalandoti un panorama mozzafiato. la stanza era pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario, in particolar modo in bagno. ringrazio tanto l'host di per aver predisposto ai suoi ospiti l'utilizzo di un posto auto in box, in quanto a Varigotti è difficile parcheggiare, ma facile da raggiungere a piedi dall'appartamento godendosi una passeggiata lungomare

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal bei Fabrizio. Wir freuen uns jedes Mal auf die tolle Unterkunft, die schöne Umgebung, den freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber. Die Pizzeria im Dorf ist die beste, die ich kenne und wir kommen meistens auch deswegen. Wenn ich 6 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich ohne zu zögern. Vielen Dank 🙏🏼

Très bel appartement dans une résidence privée sur les hauteurs du village. Magnifique vue depuis la terrasse. L'appartement très clair est aménagé sobrement mais avec goût. La propreté du logement est irréprochable et Francesca est très accueillante et très disponible.

Appartement idéalement situé à Rapallo, avec une très belle vue sur la baie, à proximité immédiate de la gare, ce qui permet de laisser la voiture sur le parking et de découvrir tranquillement les environs et Gênes en particulier. Proximité également de la jolie vieille ville, du port et des restaurants, tout se fait à pieds. L’appartement est tout à fait fidèle à la description, confortable, fonctionnel et remarquablement propre. L’accueil de Carla est très sympathique, avec une excellente réactivité et tous les conseils utiles. Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps ! Merci Carla !

L’appartement de Paolo est situé sur les hauteurs de Rapallo: le chemin pour y accéder en voiture est pentu mais une fois trouvé la localisation est parfaite avec une jolie vue sur la mer et un parking fermé. Il y a également un petit chemin piéton principalement composé de marches afin d’accéder plus rapidement à la plage ainsi qu’à la balade du front de mer qui relie au centre-ville (ça monte mais nous avons pu le faire avec deux enfants en bas-âge). L’appartement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire, il est encore plus joli que sur les photos! La piscine dans la résidence est grande et très agréable. Nous recommandons ce lieu!

We had the best time staying at Carlo and Lucia’s place! The view is spectacular and the home is very clean and beautifully decorated. We felt very safe and Lucia and Carlo were fast at answering any questions or requests we might have. We spend a week of vacation with our three little kids and the house was well equipped with everything we needed from baby chair and bed to microwave. Also the city of Recco was a nice experience to visit. We would love to go back!

Illarias Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und modern ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Residenz, sie hat eine gemütliche Terrasse und dazu gehört ein gepflegter Pool zum Schwimmen. In ca. 15 min. erreicht man zu Fuß die schöne Altstadt von Sestri L, der Bahnhof ist in 5 min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Illaria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat den Check-In und Out einfach und komfortabel organisiert, hat interessante Tipps gegeben und war immer ansprechbar. Vielen Dank Illaria.
