Le Cocon is a fantastic property in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The house itself provided everything we needed and was so cosy. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat and would love to return. A real haven in the French countryside. The gardens, maze and Shetland ponies were a real highlight. Thomas was a brilliant host and was very responsive to any questions we had.

We had a very pleasant weekend in a very nice well-equipped cottage, very pleasant and in a place conducive to relaxation. A very friendly and attentive host. Close to lots of activities and the city of Saumur. We highly recommend it!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Apartment was very spacious with lovely decor. Real treat to have the balcony and views over the Loire. Sarah was very welcoming and had provided basic food stuffs such as milk and coffee, etc. She was very informative about the area and things to do. The apartment was in the centre of the city and close to attractions and restaurants. As we arrived by train we found public transport was not very frequent when we wanted to travel out of city. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent accommodation. Very clean, with everything we need as a basic necessities as well as everything the children need. Being married, the beds were made upon arrival. It was perfect. I would recommend it in a second.

The accommodation was as advertised, very clean and comfortable (bedding, shower...). The information provided for check-in is very clear and made it possible to find the accommodation without any problems. Tea and coffee with a madeleine were a plus. Although we did not meet the host, she exchanged with us by email to find out if our arrival and stay had gone well, which was the case.

The stuff fairytales are made of. Staying directly under a castle. The apartment is so well appointed. Bathed in sunlight in the mornings. Spacious & tastefully decorated. Easy 5 min walk to the centre of town. Beautiful walks across the road by the Loire. The castle is an easy 10 min walk to the castle. The apartment feels very safe. The hosts are very friendly, helpful & responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

My stay at Claudine's apartment was excellent. I'll be missing a lot, especially the balcony. Everything was very clean, in good condition and the neighbors are very quiet.
