Authentic fully renovated alpine chalet nestled in the heart of an unspoilt valley close to the resorts of Les Gets and Praz de Lys. You will appreciate the cozy side of the chalet, the surrounding nature and the possibility of taking full advantage of the outdoor activities around the chalet. With its large living spaces and its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the chalet is designed to accommodate a large group in comfort. You will also have access to the private Nordic bath.

Belkii Hut

The Belki tree house is 1200 m above sea level, surrounded by wilderness, with panoramic views of Lake Geneva. It is located 500 m from the parking lot. It is not connected to water or electricity and allows you to unwind in a magnificent environment. The cabin is heated by a wood-burning stove that provides an exceptional atmosphere and is lit by LED lighting. Baptisé "Un Autre Monde", this atypical place is installed in an old printing press, close to the city center. You have more than 250 m2 of fully equipped and personalized spaces with the unique furniture I create. There is also a game room and a chill-out area (by reservation and shared with the other apartments). A large garage allows you to park at least 3 cars and motorcycles. You will have a garden by the river accessible by a few steps.

The lake studio is located on the Belle-Ferme estate. Independent entrance, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a majestic building dating from the 19th century. The studio has a bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a cozy seating area with its pellet stove and a nice space for your meals. On sunny days you can enjoy the private balcony. It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.
