Very well-located accommodation in the city center. You will enjoy beautiful views of the rooftops of Annecy and the mountains. The accommodation is functional and convenient. I would like to highlight Haig's kindness and flexibility throughout the stay. In particular, he will send you a practical guide to the city to facilitate your stay, much appreciated. Very good stay in a beautiful refurbished and very clear apartment. The center of Annecy is by a walk in the very friendly greenery. A microwave would have been a plus.

Small pleasant stay. The accommodation is perfect, as described, it is equipped with all the necessities, and clean. It is right in the center with several parking lots nearby. However, there's a lot of noise at night/night on the street... Helpful and responsive host. I would recommend it in a second!!

Sara's apartment is spacious and well-equipped. It is easy to accommodate 6 people. Cleaning done, view of the mountains, parking space, coffee pods, we had a nice stay there.

Ideal location, close to just about everything one comes to Annecy to experience. Just a block from the TI office which is always a great place to start a trip to a new city. The apartment was exactly as described. Spacious and a lovely shower the kitchen was a pleasure to work in. The two flights of stairs are short and easily managed (and we're in our 70s).

Had a great time skiing in peace in the studio. Private parking is a plus. And the stadium is close to the city center within walking distance and 5 min drive from the Linga ski lift parking lot.

I must say, it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need including some good books. The cozy living room, complete with a smart TV, was the perfect spot to unwind after a tiring work day. The kitchen was fully stocked including herbs, tea and coffee, allowing me to prepare meals just like I would at home. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, had a restful night's sleep. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all the conveniences and public transports. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. It provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly homey and memorable stay. I can't wait to return in future! Free public transport pass is a plus.

Very nice apartment, cosy and very well equipped. Beautiful location towards the Imperial, you can easily walk to the old town of Annecy and its lake, in about ten minutes. Do it again.

We have been to Morzine many times over the last 8 years and this has been the best apartment and location we have stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms warm and comfortable. The A Line bus was very convenient giving us the option of heading up to Prodains or into the centre of Morzine.

The accommodation is impeccable, refurbished with great taste. Communication is easy with Jacques and Marie-Hélène. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The concierge service that makes the welcome and check-out are also very friendly. The only thing to discuss was the end of stay cleaning; it is indicated as "complete cleaning included" on Airbnb while the concierge informs us that cleaning of the kitchen is not included.

Charming apartment, faithful to the photos, or even better. Conveniently located, very well equipped and bright. We had an ideal stay in this place that we'll happily return to. Agathe welcomes you in person and remains very available throughout the stay. I recommend the pastry tea room at the bottom of the building whose smells of chocolate and pastries embellish the stairs. we had a really good stay here. location is excellent - short walk to either town , or Planards where the (little) kids were for ski school, yet away from the main road. The Apartment was clean, smart and comfortable. Checkin instructions were clear and timely and they were quick to respond to any questions we had during the week. Would certainly stay again!

Catherine welcomed us very warmly, despite our late arrival, messages with all instructions, lockbox and cake on the table to welcome us. The apartment was as described in the listing, very clean except for the dusty towel dryer. The location is ideal, quiet, very close to the city center on foot.

Jess' place was perfect for our week's skiing. She was in touch with us before our holiday with much help on ski passes and bakery deliveries. Easy check in. Perfect welcome pack after travelling. Jess was very responsive when we asked for local info. Apartment was lovely and quiet and had all we needed, very clean, comfortable beds, nice linen, easy to use kitchen, plenty of hot water, good TV. We managed to use a ski shop with storage (would recommend Berger Ski next to Pleney lift) so walked to and fro with ease. There are buses, but we didn't ever use. Would definitely return. Excellent pristine apartment in peaceful location. I used it as a base for cycling. Shower was good. Kitchen was great. I would stay again.

We had a great stay at Paul’s apartment over the long Easter weekend. The apartment is perfect for two couples or a family, with all the amenities as described. We skied every day up in avoriaz due to it being late season, the apartment is a short walk from the bus stop which takes you to the bottom of the main lift up to the ski area. There is also plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance down in Morzine centre. Would highly recommend

Very lovely apartment in Le Majestic building, with windows facing Plan Praz and the Brevent Range, only a few minutes from the center of Chamonix and less than ten minutes walk uphill to the Plan Praz and Brevent lifts. Exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment with great consistent communication with our hosts.
