Dreaming Tree Cottage, our recently updated home is located in a private community, Mapleton Beach, offering a lakeview & beach access perfect for your getaway. It is located near the heart of wine country and in the middle of the GOTL strip. While a few wineries and a brewery are walkable, many other wineries are a 15-20 minute drive away. It is easy to access ride services such as Uber/Lyft. There is also a wine shuttle we recommend that can be pre-booked by the Lodge + Conference Center.

A Parrot Key Cottage is located in the heart of Geneva-On-The-Lake. Our newly renovated Modern Contemporary Air Conditioned Cottage has 3 Bedrooms (sleeps 6), 1 bathroom, living room which is open to the eat-in kitchen equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and there is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. This beautiful guest house is located on the property of Vincent William Wine Restaurant, Inn, and Wine Bar in Grand River Valley Wine Region. With a beach, close proximity to many area Wineries, Geneva on the lake, and other tourist attractions, the Guest House is the most ideal place for all your getaway fun. kayaks are also available upon request. Take a 5 min walk and enjoy an ice cream shop, or the several restaurants and bars.
