House vacation rentals in Geneva

Having stayed at this condo complex in the past, I have to say that Unit 110 is probably the nicest and most comfortable. It was quiet, clean and so comfortable. The view from the first level windows feels like you are in a cruise ship. Debbie the manager does a great job communicating and arranging winery transportation at a reasonable rate.

The house was very roomy and well laid out. We loved all the windows that looked out on a beautiful yard in a quiet neighborhood. The shelves were well stocked, and the host provided useful kitchen and bathroom items, as well as books and games. The children made good use of the game room upstairs. The pool was clean, and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck. It was a wonderful place for our large family to stay.

Had a good stay at this location. Everything was great. Ohio in the wintertime crossing to spring time means snow. And we had a good ole fashioned snow storm the last day before I left. Location was warm and cozy was never cold and I'm a live in Phoenix girl so I really appreciated it being warm. Even had a snow shovel which came in very helpful when I needed to dig out a bit and clear my car rental! I can't imagine doing that without a shovel so wow, that was a great help! Thanks Evan! Didn't get to the backyard/pool because hey snow my old friend! Did notice a drip noise in the middle room which is I think below the unit. Not sure if it was normal but didn't notice a leak anywhere, and there was no musty smell so, prob normal. Beds were comfortable. Can't comment on pillows because I bring my own traveling. In all, lovely stay would do again at this location if I'm ever in Ohio again!

Mary’s place was amazing!!! We booked it for a group of moms and daughters in town for a dance competition at Spire Academy (just a 5-minute drive away). It was the perfect spot for a girls’ getaway—spacious, extremely clean, well-stocked, and filled with fabulous amenities. (Our dancers loved the vanities and hot tub!) The customer service was the best I’ve ever received in an Airbnb or VRBO experience. There were so many thoughtful touches, right down to the stocked, delicious coffee beans, that made the whole stay feel truly special. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this experience was so delightful, I couldn’t pass up the chance to brag about this perfect getaway home!

The accomodation felt much bigger than on the pictures. We liked that two of the three bedrooms do not have windows which meant it was pitch black for sleeping. The view on the lake is amazing. Be aware there is no coffee, shampoo and shower gel available. There is plenty of towels, spices, toilet paper, hand soap. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, very warm and we had it just for ourselves. The unit is on level -1 same as the swimming pool so it's easy to access and great when you have forgotten something. We had a great time and would go there again if we're in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here, great area great amenities, very spacious. We could not have asked for anything more from check in to check out! Thank you very very much!

Perfect place for a girl’s weekend! House was done up super cute. Spent the majority of the time in the hot tub, which the weather was just the right kind of chilly for. Would love to be here when the pool was open and warmer weather to chill and eat outside. We didn’t get around to building a fire, but the pit area was nice. We ate all our meals out. Some good restaurants like Driftwood Point, Mary’s Diner, & The Farmer Butcher Chef Bistro. Wish we could have stayed an extra day or two!!!

Great location for our needs. The house is modern, clean and well maintained. The house was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay in this house and location again.

Beautiful Century Home in the country. Spacious and comfortable, with lots of charm. Bill is a great host, excellent communicator, and full of local information. The setting is beautiful, out in the country and a 10-15min drive to restaurants/grocery stores. We look forward to returning in the summer and taking advantage of the pond, canoe, beach and fire pit. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve dinner for a large group, and the dining room can handle a crowd. A lovely farmhouse in a beautiful setting.

This was a perfect place for an extended stay in the area. Very spacious, beautiful and serene decor, and plenty of amenities provided. Lisa was an excellent host.

We enjoyed our 3 night getaway! The private beach was incredible. We enjoyed a peaceful time on the lake with our two dogs. - 85 inch TV in the family room for watching football - gas grill and blackstone for the barbecue - fire pit - beach supplies including 2 kayaks and life vests - comfortable master suite with jacuzzi tub - game room with pool table So much fun and many possibilities!

Adorable home in a great location ! Within walking distance to Walnut Beach and local restaurants and shops. No complaints here and plan to stay again in future trips made to Ashtabula !

My family loved this lake house! It has beautiful views of the lake and a spacious sun porch and backyard area. I loved the stocked coffee/tea bar and reading nooks throughout the house. You can tell someone cared when putting this house together as it is decorated with a sophisticated color palette and unique furnishings. The house was well stocked and clean. The host was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating when we needed a schedule change shortly after booking. We hope to be back someday!

Have stayed before, would stay again, and probably will. In my previous review, I had included a word of caution for guests to be a little cautious about the narrow steps on the inside stairway. Noticed that the host has since put in a handrail. So now I'll just caution guests to not actually eat the plastic lemons and artichoke next to the "Eat" sign in the kitchen. :) Great host, great stay, the whole weekend went smooth as silk.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse! The space was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we especially loved the thoughtful breakfast treat that perfectly matched the theme—it was such a special touch! One of the coolest parts of the stay was getting to experience the free-range chickens, peacocks, ducks, and guinea fowl roaming the property—it added such a unique and fun touch to the whole atmosphere. The home itself is spacious making it an ideal spot for a larger group. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

I thought it was a great little place for us to stay for a month for work. Christine worked with us a few times to make our stay better. Would recommend!

We were in town for a brief conference so we didn't stay for long. From arrival to departure, we had a wonderful experience. Amy was wonderful to work with, very friendly, and the home was exactly what we hoped for.

Super easy to find and was just as described.

Our stay was great and exactly what we needed. We really enjoyed the back yard and patio. Lindsay and Mike are great hosts and very responsive. I asked to extend our stay by a few hours and they were able to accommodate our request which was so helpful. We'd definitely stay again.

Oh, my gosh! This adorable house met all of our needs, and is the best experience I've had with renting properties. Matthew is an amazing host. He is like you'd imagine an old friend to be. Just a good person who cares about what he's doing. My daughter and I stayed for the USA Hockey Nationals, which she was competing in. Having a nice, clean, comfortable, safe place was super important to us. And this checked every box! I can credit her performance, and ultimately winning gold along with her team, to how relaxing everything about our stay was. Cannot say a bad thing. If you're visiting this area, do not hesitate to stay in this home!

Cozy and comfortable spot near Willoughby, OH. The two rooms were clean and nicely set up, with a full bathroom that had everything we needed. The backyard was a great bonus—perfect for relaxing. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Affordable and cozy 10/10

We used the house for the weekend as the home base for the bridal party of my son and daughter-in-law. It was the perfect size for the bridal party (14 people) to stay and it allowed them a comfortable place to hang out and get to know each other before the wedding day. We also used the house and yard for a rehearsal dinner for our out of town guests and family. It was the perfect setting for a beautiful dinner outside. Lisa provided everything but the food (which we had dropped off) and everything was fabulous from the servers to the table decorations and the twinkling lights! Couldn't have asked for a better gathering place for my son's unforgettable wedding weekend!
