Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue espectacular. La comunicación con Gidalty fue siempre ágil y clara desde antes de llegar. El alojamiento, ubicado en una privada con vigilancia, cuenta con estacionamiento propio y espacios muy amplios. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada y todo el lugar estaba bastante limpio. El wifi estaba perfecto para los días que me quedé trabajando. Me sentí muy cómodo en cada rincón de la casa. No tuve ningún inconveniente y, de hecho, superó todas mis expectativas. Recomiendo definitivamente este alojamiento si buscas comodidad, seguridad y una anfitriona muy atenta. Volvería sin dudarlo!

The apartment is very nice. The building has good amenities too. It’s very convenient to some of monterreys main attractions. I’d highly recommend it. The apartment has everything you could need for the stay. The amenity floor is nice too. Just note the pool is not heated so it’s a bit chilly.

El alojamiento era exactamente igual que en las fotos y se encontraba impecable. Perfecto para 1 o 2 personas que van de paso por la ciudad durante un fin de semana. Además, las instrucciones para realizar el check in eran claras y el horario fue muy flexible.

Muy buena atención por parte de Jorge, respuesta rápida. El lugar corresponde completamente con la descripción y fotos. Como el departamento está en un piso elevado, hay que subir escaleras. Estancia muy cómoda.

Excelente lugar para quedarse, la habitación era más espaciosa de lo que esperábamos, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien e incluso está equipado con una mini cocinita (con un mini refrigerador) por si quieres hacer tu comida ahí, los alrededores sinceramente se ven muy cuestionables, pero sorprendentemente, es tranquila la zona, por lo que no me preocuparía tanto por eso, si llevas coche, no hay muchos lugares para estacionarse, aveces, alcanzábamos a estacionarnos enfrente del lugar, pero otras veces si teníamos que buscar en otras cuadras más adelante, totalmente les recomiendo quedarse aquí :)

Excelente alojamiento de Marcia, sin duda volvería a hospedarme en su lindo departamento. Por temas de logística nos tuvo que reubicar de lugar; el nuevo lugar super limpio, muy cerca de parque Fundidora, con privacidad, fácil acceso, todo estupendo. La comunicación con Marcia fue excelente y siempre contesta rápido.

Muy agradable lugar, muy privado, zona muy tranquila, agua caliente en la regadera siempre disponible a comparación de otros alojamientos en los que me he hospedado siempre tengo problemas con eso, lo único que le hace falta es algunos artículos básicos de limpieza como trapeador porque al salir de bañar siempre dejo mucha agua en el baño y me resbale varias veces, de ahí en fuera todo muy ameno, voy a volver pronto.

Excelente casa, muy amplia y ubicada en una zona muy tranquila y está súper cerca de la plaza comercial y de una variedad de supermercados y tiendas de conveniencia, Gerardo muy amable, siempre al pendiente y con mucha voluntad. Simplemente excelente lugar con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa.

Otto fue muy atento y claro, el departamento es bello y muy cómodo, nos la pasamos muy bien y es súper céntrico así que facilitaba mucho el transporte. Lo único que puede mejorar es que el ventilador del baño no esté conectado a la luz porque en la noche que entraba al baño y encendía la luz el abanico hacía mucho ruido y que nos llevamos la sorpresa de que no había aceite ni sal para cocinar, creo que es lo básico para poder preparar comida que compremos. Las amenidades están muy lindas y si nos dejaron pasar.

¡Excelente estancia en Monterrey! La comunicación con Angie fue siempre rápida y clara. El apartamento es muy espacioso, moderno y está equipado con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Las pantallas son de última generación, las vistas son espectaculares y todo estaba impecablemente limpio y ordenado. Además, la seguridad privada del edificio fue muy atenta y colaborativa durante toda nuestra estancia, lo que nos hizo sentir aún más tranquilos. Sin duda, lo recomiendo completamente a cualquier persona que busque un alojamiento cómodo, seguro y bien ubicado en Monterrey.

Estuvimos en este airbnb para Pal Norte, nos quedamos 4 noches y estuvo perfecto! Cerca de el parque fundidora, cerca de otras areas del centro y no muy lejos de San Pedro. Accesible, muy seguro! No se puede entrar sin llave y seguridad 24/7.
