My experience in this home was spectacular. Communication with Gidalty was always agile and clear from before arriving. The accommodation, located in a private with surveillance, has its own parking and very spacious spaces. The kitchen was very well equipped and the whole place was quite clean. The wifi was perfect for the days I stayed working. I felt very comfortable in every corner of the house. I didn't have any inconvenience and in fact it exceeded all of my expectations. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for comfort, security and a very attentive host. I would go back without hesitation!

The apartment is very nice. The building has good amenities too. It’s very convenient to some of monterreys main attractions. I’d highly recommend it. The apartment has everything you could need for the stay. The amenity floor is nice too. Just note the pool is not heated so it’s a bit chilly.

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos and was impeccable. Perfect for 1-2 people passing through the city for a weekend. In addition, the check-in instructions were clear and the schedule was very flexible.

Excellent place to stay, the room was more spacious than we expected, the air conditioning worked very well and it is even equipped with a mini kitchen (with a mini refrigerator) in case you want to make your food there, the surroundings honestly look very questionable, but surprisingly, the area is quiet, so I would not worry so much about that, if you have a car, there are not many places to park, sometimes, we managed to park in front of the place, but other times we had to look in other blocks further on, I totally recommend staying here :)

We loved Tita's house! The location is excellent, close to restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls. The house is very nice and spacious, just like the photos! The spaces are very comfortable and we felt right at home. Tita was always attentive and they changed our flight time and she helped us a lot to let us leave later. We highly recommend it and will surely return

Excellent accommodation from Marcia, I would definitely stay at her nice apartment again. Due to logistical issues, we had to relocate; the new place was super clean, very close to Fundidora Park, with privacy, easy access, everything was great. Communication with Marcia was excellent and she always responds quickly.

Very nice place, very private, very quiet area, hot water in the shower always available compared to other accommodations where I have stayed I always have problems with that, the only thing it needs is some basic cleaning items like a mop because when I get out of the bathroom I always leave a lot of water in the bathroom and I slip several times, other than that everything is very pleasant, I will be back soon.

Gerardo’s place was exactly as the photos. Very spacious to accommodate comfortably. There is also a smart TV so you can log in and stream your fav shows. A/c units in every room :)

Great place for any type of plan, it could be a family place, or even a get away. the views are incredible specially from the rooftop on the 33rd floor. Always secured they have 24hrs surveillance (security guards everywhere). Its peaceful and quiet at night if you are a light sleeper you wont be bothered at all. Overall I recommend this place for your stay.

Great stay in Monterrey! Communication with Angie was always fast and clear. The apartment is very spacious, modern and equipped with everything needed to feel at home. The screens are state-of-the-art, the views are spectacular, and everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. Also, the private security of the building was very responsive and collaborative throughout our stay, which made us feel even quieter. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe and well located place in Monterrey.
