Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in General Escobedo

Very close to the UANL, I arrived in 5 minutes.

Everything is good, what you need for two people.

The condo was as described and perfectly met our needs. Condo complex was quiet, secure, and close to our family that lived nearby. The one item that could be improved on are the showerheads; the water flow through was very sparse. It was okay on the body but not washing hair, especially if you have thick or long-hair. Overall, our experience was excellent and we will come back again on our future visits.

We loved the apartment, it is as shown in the photos and communication was always immediate, I recommend it 100%

Very friendly gentleman and the room is simple but by far the best place in that price range. Perfect for those who come to visit for a few days for work or family and have nowhere to stay. Definitely every time I go to Monterrey I'll be here.

We reached out to Ana to check in early and she was able to accommodate us. Ana was extremely responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful, the neighborhood is reasonably quiet, there's a few things in walking distance, and a ton of things within a short drive. The rooms with AC got very cool and the first floor without AC stayed relatively cool with the included fan. The house has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay (all the way from Florida). Thank you Ana!

Excellent location, the house is beautiful, very well cared for and clean. Adriana super friendly and attentive at any time, my stay was one of the best I've ever had! I certainly would highly recommend it.

The place was very nice and Mr. Miguel was attentive 24 hours a day. I would definitely recommend it, as it is in a good area. You have everything nearby and also the security of the place is very good, few places like this!

Excellent stay, the apartment was very nice, clean, tidy and with everything you need to feel at home, I liked that there was a coffee maker and coffee, as well as air conditioning, laundry and bath soap, towels, it also has a nice view of the Cerro de la Silla. Good location to get to the pool of the University of Nuevo León, I had no problems requesting taxis by app (watch the price, at the end of the trip another one appeared) I also liked that on the ground floor there was an Oxxo and 7eleven to shop and on the 3rd floor a food store (affordable prices and good quality) The hostess is very helpful and kind.

The apartment is as shown on the photos. Pretty confortable space. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths made it great. The views are incredible and even more so from the rooftop terrace. Beds were confortable and good amount of pillows. Plenty of towels for pool or the apt. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of toiletries for my stay. Very secure building, didn’t use the pool but looked really nice, rooftop terrace had a small gym but functional, even a workspace area which was nice. Only one TV on the living room area, not on the bedrooms, but not a set back. Just would have been nice to be able to watch a movie from the bed. There is a gas station and minimarket just down the road from the building which is convenient. Overall a great experience.

Its always a great stay and that's what keeps me coming back. It feels like I'm at home a very peaceful place. Beautiful surroundings with lots to do and restaurants. The place looks even better in person then the pictures. Erika is a super host always quick to respond to any questions I may have. I recommend this place 100%.

Diego’s place is great. All the space and amenities you need. Great location! Single downside is walking up two steep hills to get to the location. Will book again and 100% recommend.
