Wonderfully quiet stay. Large garden is really a plus for the dog. Wonderful swimming pool. Very friendly host, we were even invited to a family lunch. Highly recommended if you are looking for peace and quiet. Lucca, Florence, Pisa and the beach are all easy to drive to by car. There are no amenities within walking distance, but with a short 10-minute drive you are in the nearest town with all kinds of amenities. Clean apartment, there was even an intermediate cleaning possible during our 2-week stay. We are very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sandro and his lovely wife again for the warm welcome! We had a wonderful time in her house! The owners are very friendly and were flexible, despite our last-minute booking. We were greeted personally and said goodbye personally. The two are great landlords! I have 3 large dogs (2 Weimaraners, 1 livestock guardian dog) and it was absolutely no problem to bring them. Of course, my dogs are also well-behaved :) but often in the past I had to experience that other landlords only accept 1 dog or small dogs - here it was absolutely no problem and no prejudice, as often happens to me! I highly recommend this place!!!! The house is very clean & nicely furnished. Thank you very much :) we will be back!

Convenient apartment for reaching all the main cities to visit, quiet and spacious, two terraces, everything clean and functional, excellent linens. Friendly and helpful host, really a pleasant and satisfying stay from every point of view. Worthy of note is the bar, pastry shop, and mini-market just a stone's throw away, well-stocked and with delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended stay!!!

Antonella and Davide are super friendly and they gave us an exceptional welcome, like friends. The house is very clean and has everything you need.
