Monthly Rentals in Geldersekade

I have been to Amsterdam several times, and Martin’s Airbnb is the best accommodation I’ve ever had. Even the best I’ve had in Europe. The terrace is jaw dropping beautiful, it is so close to the Waag in Nieuwmarkt that it feels like you could throw a rock and hit it. The sunsets are absolutely stunning. The best part though: the BED! Not only were the sheets and comforter soft, but the bed is so cozy. It was a perfect place to take refuge at night from a week of exploring Amsterdam. The stairs are steep but Martin insisted on carrying my luggage up and down for me, all 45 pounds of it. The cats are also amazing - very cuddly and sweet. You also have the option to lock the cat door if you wish. Even as a solo traveler, I felt very safe even though it is in the red light district. If you take a right out of the Airbnb you won’t even be in the red light district, it is perfectly on the border. This was an incredible stay and I can’t wait to be back!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is a nice peaceful area that is still walkable to a lot of different fun areas and restaurants. The staff is friendly and accommodating to requests. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Amsterdam!

Even the first impression was that is far away from the city center, we realized this is a major advantage, the place is quiet and in a nice clean area, 7-8 min walking distance to public transportation which works perfectly. The park nearby Flevoprk is great if you want to jog or have a walk, and 3-4 minutes away is a very convenient minimarket. The place looks new, everything was great and exactly as described, the bed was very comfortable.

Really Nice apartment, situated in beautiful Jordaan. The apartment is spacious and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay there and felt at Home.
