Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Welcome to our DonauDeluxe Apartment. Enjoy the view of the Danube River, which is just a few steps away. The modern and high-quality smart home design of the apartment offers luxury and comfort. A quick connection to the Autobahn for excursions to Switzerland, Lake Constance, the Black Forest and ski areas such as the Feldberg are just a few examples. Draftsman

The holiday apartment 'Zeichner' is located in Geisingen and overlooks the mountains. The 96 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services (in each bedroom), heating, a washing machine, a design fireplace, a dryer as well as children's books and toys.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

Little flat in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Vacation apartment "Lydia"

Zimmern is a village that belongs to the municipality of Immendingen. The apartment is located at the beginning of the picturesque Amtenhauser valley. The entire area is provided with numerous hiking trails and bicycle tours. In the immediate vicinity is a shopping center (Edeka, Drogerie Markt, Takko Moden, Lidl) and a hairdresser salon. Gastronomically, the area is also well equipped. Some information is available in the form of brochures in the property.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
