With the Loft, you rent a home that, in addition to space, above all brings a unique atmosphere. The house is located on the top floor of the former office building of the "Spinnerei Deutschland" built in 1895. The building has now been completely restored for occupancy. From the kitchen you can reach the roof terrace, which offers a lot of privacy, or the cozy sitting area on the other side. From there, you enter the sleeping area. A separate bathroom completes the house.

The toll booth was completely renovated in 2019 and is energy neutral. Near the sports company Tijenraan where you can swim, tavern Tivoli and the motor museum.
