Wir können die Unterkunft von Kaja sowohl für kürzere als auch längere Aufenthalte wärmstens empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und zu Fuss erreicht man die Altstadt in 20-25min. Die Wohnung ist äusserst sauber, schön eingerichtet sowie gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Stil ist modern und insgesamt einfach nur stimmig. Das Highlight ist der Whirlpool auf der Dachterasse. Denisa ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns direkt zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Mirjana. La maison était fidèle à la description, très mignonne et propre.

Przytulny apartament w super lokalizacji. Blisko do plaży i centrum handlowego. Dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem. Bardzo polecam.

We had a really nice stay in Poreč, and a big part of that was thanks to our accommodation. We were pleased to find a comfortable, well-maintained, and nicely decorated apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely garden. Anyone booking should know that having a car makes it more convenient to explore the best beaches nearby. Otherwise, the location is great, close to grocery stores, bakeries, and shopping centers, making it a comfortable base for a holiday in Poreč.

Uns hat die Unterkunft super gefallen. Der Strand ist 200m entfernt und es ist nicht so ein typischer "Touri-Strand" sondern sehr ruhig und viele Einwohner:innen gehen dort baden :) Man ist durch den Bus gut angebunden und kommt innerhalb von 15-20 min in die Innenstadt. Außerdem haben wir die Möglichkeit genutzt von Pula nach Venedig per Fähre zu fahren, was sich für einen Tagesauflug wirklich gelohnt hat! Ein weiterer Vorteil war, dass man relativ schnell zu Fuß auf die angrenzende Halbinsel gehen konnte, auf der sich ein Nationalpark mit wundervollen Klippen befinden.

Tolle Lage, wunderschöner Balkon, moderne Einrichtung, unkomplizierte & schnelle Kommunikation mit Tina. Alles was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Würden wieder kommen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Toni. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles da was man gebraucht hat. Der Whirlpool und die ruhige, private Lage sind es, was diese Unterkunft für uns ausgemacht haben. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist auch sehr praktisch und bequem. Vielen Dank Toni, für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Tanja e Darko ci hanno accolto in modo amorevole. Sorridenti e sempre disponibili, ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni utili per esplorare la zona e ci hanno coccolato offrendoci prodotti del loro territorio e un’ottima merenda preparata da Tanja. L’alloggio è estremamente curato e pulitissimo, con aria condizionata, zanzariere, parcheggio e un piccolo giardino recintato perfetto per viaggiare col proprio cane. Situato in zona tranquilla e comoda a raggiungere il mare con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Raggiungibili a piedi anche un minimarket, il panificio e un ristorante. Consigliatissimo! Noi non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!

Wunderschönes Haus mit moderner Ausstattung. Alles war blitzeblank. Und in jeden Raum war eine Klimaanlage.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Alles tipptopp und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Wir hatten das große Glück, unsere Ferien in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Rovinj verbringen zu dürfen, und es war zweifellos das schönste Ferienhaus, in dem wir je waren. Der Garten ist eine wahre Oase – liebevoll gepflegt, mit vielen schattigen Plätzen, die zum Verweilen einladen. Unsere Kinder haben jeden Tag im Pool verbracht und hatten unglaublich viel Spaß. Das Haus selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Liebe zum Detail und der hohe Komfort machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, um den Gästen einen perfekten Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Die Lage ist ideal: Das Haus bietet viel Privatsphäre, und trotzdem ist man nah genug an der Stadt, um alles bequem zu erreichen. Alle wichtigen Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an die Vermieterin, die uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Ihre Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.

Me encantó! Estuvimos sólo una noche, pero el alojamiento está limpio, muy bien ubicado, cómodo y bonito. Tiene una vibra super agradable y una terraza hermosa. Totalmente lo recomendaría y me gustaría volver a alojarme ahí. Los únicos dos “peros” que le encontramos fue 1) el horario de salida es muy temprano y 2) uno como huésped tiene que sacar la basura e irla a tirar a uno de los contenedores al final de su estadía? La verdad nunca había leído algo así en un airbnb y considerando que íbamos con bbs, carriolas y maletas, si fue pesado también cargar con la basura y dividirnos para ir a buscar los contenedores. Estuvimos súper apurados para salirnos a tiempo y también estresados por la basura 😅. Fuera de eso la verdad es que todo muy bien y Katarzyna muy atenta para ofrecernos cuna.

Super Preis-Leistung. Alles optimal. Sehr ruhige Gegend am Stadtrand. Große Hofeinfahrt, d.h. super Stellplatz für das Auto! :) Für einen Kurztrip empfehlenswert. Küchenausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend für zwei Personen. sehr modernes Badezimmer, saubere Unterkunft. :) Die Wände sind etwas dünn, wodurch man die anderen Mitbewohner/Kinder/Hunde im Haus stellenweise etwas lauter hört, das ist aber okay, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. :) Wir würden jederzeit für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Kroatien wieder kommen! :)

We felt at home in the apartment from the beginning. The apartment is perfectly located for excursions and activities in Portoroz and Piran. Alenka responded ad-hoc and gave us some very good recommendations for the area.

Nous sommes arrivés pour quatre jours sur place à Pula. L’emplacement était idéal en voiture avec peu de bruit, aux alentours et Jelena qui nous a tout de suite aidé et donner des informations que nous avons demandé lors de notre arrivée. La cuisine est super bien équipée, la salle de bain et la salle à coucher aussi et le balcon est très sympathique. Merci Jelena!

Geweldig mooi appartement, volop privacy, zeer compleet ingericht. Erg genoten van de Jacuzzi en verder van alle gemakken voorzien bv vaatwasser, wasmachine, droger, airco enz enz enz. Ruim appartement/penthouse, parkeren in parkeergarage, snel reagerende host. Kortom, GEWELDIG!

Veoma lep, čist i udoban smeštaj, udoban krevet, dobro opremljena kuhinja i mnogi drugi detalji koje i ne očekujete a doprinose udobnom boravku. Smeštaj uživo izgleda i lepše nego na slikama. Brz i lak dogovor kao i ljubazna komunikacija sa vlasnicima. Vrlo rado ćemo doći ponovo a i predložiti ovaj smeštaj našim prijateljima. Sve pohvale!

Albina was very friendly and gave us very helpful information. The flat was lovely, very clean and all you need even for a longer stay is there. We would definitely come back again. It’s also very nice that Italy is super close and there are many towns around that are beautiful and worth a visit.

Great and cozy flat. 10 minutes away from the local market and good supermarket. The big tree in front of the window doesn’t allow the sun to warm the flat. Additionally, it also has a powerful AC. And, finally, AC is installed properly such that the air current is not directed to the bed, but to the side. Marina is responding swiftly and we could get all our questions solved promptly!
