The old house at Solnes Gard

Part of duplex on active farm. We are the third generation to run the farm after my husband's grandparents got the farm as a wedding gift. Here you get to stay in the original farmhouse from about 1950. We live in the other part of the residence ourselves. Cozy place, fully furnished and with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. We have 8 alpacas and many goats on the farm, you can join the care on demand and if we have the opportunity in a busy everyday life when we are in full job and have four small children.

Here you will have a unique experience framed in one of Norway's finest views, where you can at the same time enjoy the sense of luxury and silence. This house in natural surroundings offers you peace and quiet. The name of the house is "Tante Hannas hus". On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with wild sheep and deer close to the house. The house is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff, and with a direct view to, Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. There is a folder in the house with information,description and maps of the different hikes and activities
