Monthly Rentals in Gateway

My family of 5 had a wonderful vacation at Paseo. The condo was very clean and even nicer than in the pictures! The area is beautiful and peaceful and there’s a lot to do in the community. We enjoyed spending time in the gym, tennis and pickleball courts and the pool area. Gene was a perfect host, very kind and flexible and always answered us quickly. We would love to come back someday!

This was one of the best stays ever. Such a beautiful home with everything you need. The club house was an extra perk. This allowed us the privacy of Rajeev’s house with private pool & the club house that gives you a resort feeling. We are already planning another visit. Sally & Carm - Toronto

Enjoyed private outdoor pool area overlooking a nature preserve. The pool area had limited seating but when I mentioned it to Caleb he ordered a couple more chairs and a table delivered. Only issue was the hot tub could have been hotter but heated pool was great. Really cool community centre with many activities and close to the house. Bedrooms were very comfortable with large screen TV’s included in every room. There was very basic furniture in each room but not a big deal for us. The gated home area was safe, quiet and upscale.

I would stay here again! The pictures were accurate. The place was beautiful and clean. Right on a lake. Jodi and Jeff were always responsive and friendly. It was near FGcU and close to my daughter’s work. The only negative was the gate. We had to give our license every time. But i did feel it was very safe. We would definitely recommend this place!
