Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gassin

Friendly stay and friendly and accommodating host for our arrival, very nice house.

We, a family with two teenagers, spent two weeks at Basile's holiday home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very well-equipped and very bright, with a view of the surrounding nature from the living room. Wonderful! When it's cool, like spring at home, it's very nice to light the wood burning stove. The surroundings have a lot to offer: There are pretty small towns, the towns of the French Riviera, as well as much more. It's absolutely necessary to take a walk to the Bories du Verdon, it's very impressive! It's like the Grand Canyon. Basile is very helpful and friendly, and answer any questions immediately. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend the holiday home unreservedly. Wonderful!

VERY clean and VERY well-equipped accommodation. Comfort bedding, spacious rooms. We enjoyed the disposable mattress pads. Several small outdoor spaces. We felt right at home. Friendly and available host. In a quiet cul-de-sac with the forest nearby and yet close to shops. The little extra, breakfast available at the reception.

Great stay with friends, the house is better than in the photos. Very nice place to spend a weekend or a quiet holiday in an environment full of greenery. Do it again without hesitation.

We spent a whole month in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The house and the apartment are very nice, the apartment is spacious and stylishly furnished. We felt very comfortable. The location is quiet and a good starting point to wonderful beaches or to the beautiful region there. Manu and Gaelle were very friendly and helpful. We will keep the time there in very good memory and can highly recommend the accommodation, also for families. Thanks to Manu and Gaelle!

Stayed for a week at Ann's country house and enjoyed every minute. From the welcoming host over the wintery provencal garden, from the perfectly fitted kitchen to the very comfortable beds over the great view from the bedroom window to the pomelos, terrace and pool in the garden. While it is a little difficult to find (stick to the instructions and you'll find it), once you've closed the gate, you're in your own private Southern France universe with olive trees and French terrace doors. We loved everything and very much appreciated that the host entrusted us with kitchen appliances, many elegant lamps to be placed where you need them, enough cutlery and China, coffee, tea, some drinks and chips. Very welcoming. The house is large, offering its guests enough room for privacy as well as place to celebrate togetherness. I liked the closet upstairs with enough space for my wardrobe. The bathroom divider is very special. The house is perfect for 5, two couples +1/ family with 3 kids.

Sweet little cottage. Very well located on a vineyard that produces excellent rosé wines. The house, especially the kitchen, is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. We cooked every night. The seating in front of the house is very comfortable. We found the path to the beach through the great scenery particularly impressive. The beach itself is beautiful. Many thanks to Alain for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back.

Maxime and Florian are super dedicated and also interested hosts! We felt very comfortable. The apartment is stylish and practically furnished, beautiful views and safe. The surrounding area has a lot to offer. We were often out and about with the e-bikes, which we were able to rent at the property. Two beaches are within walking distance... what more could you ask for? We will not forget the stay and especially Florian and Maxime :-) Thank you!

Helena's place was one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at! It was beautiful and very well stocked. Rooms were pristine including the bathrooms, and the location was fantastic. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting St. Tropez, especially with a large group!

The apartment was just wonderful. We felt home after the very first night. It is spacious has everything it needs plus the extra Charme you would want to have at the Côte d‘Azur. It was very tidy supplying enough to stay longer without having to depend on anybody. We had multiple evenings sitting on the terrace watching stars at clear sky or looking down on the lights of whole Hyères, which was wonderful. The location of the apartment is just where you would want to be in Hyères as it is just in the old town but a very short walk away from where it might get busy due to tourists. We can highly recommend to stay at Olivier as he was a great host to us. Not only did he let us stay in his very comfortable apartment but he also welcomed us by picking us up from the train station, which is extraordinary. Even though he was out of town during our stay, he made sure that we could always contact someone to help us with the smallest things.

Perfect stay! The hosting was extremely warm and pleasant. The apartment is very comfortable, impeccably clean and in a great location, close to the cinema, shops and the lake. No complaints, everything was perfect. I highly recommend it and will gladly come back. 👌

Impeccable, very clean accommodation, easy check-in and very responsive hosts either by messaging or by phone. Small atypical house but full of charm. Comfortable bedding, sheets ready on arrival and even a lit fireplace to keep warm! I would recommend this place and hope we'll be back!!

Ideal location v close to village and well presented /equipped. It was perfect for our short stay as easy to find / park / quick access to village of Bargemon with shop/ cafe / boulangerie . Daniel was very responsive and glad he was English speaking as my French is bit rusty !

Evelin and Christine provided us with all important information in a timely manner. She was easily accessible, very friendly and gave us good tips for the area. The house is very nice and thoughtfully decorated. We were 9 people and cooked a lot, so we were delighted that there were a lot of dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen. There were also plenty of opportunities to hang towels in the bathroom and there was enough space and chairs for everyone at the table. The rooms were a good size and were air conditioned. The house is a bit noisy. You have a lot of privacy and don't see or hear any neighbors and have a great view of the countryside. Since the house is located on the mountain, the village is hardly within walking distance, so it is better to arrive by car. Trash cans are nearby. Overall, we had a very nice time there and we didn't miss anything. We would come back and can recommend it.

I booked the villa for a vacation with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived because the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times better than what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING you need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb but these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and with plenty of storage space. The villa is very spacious which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on every floor are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space are just perfect! The outdoor bar totally won us over and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong… A big thank you for this wonderful stay! Everything went very well, Adrien was available from the beginning to answer our questions and very accommodating (thank you very much). The place allowed my whole family to stay and they all loved the place. There is a bedroom in DRC + an independent studio for older people or to be a more secluded couple. The outside is very well maintained and the pool is superb, even in October a person took a dip! We had a great time and are holding the address if we were to get together again.

I booked this place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. The house has an exceptional location with a sensational view of the bay of Saint Maxime. A car is absolutely necessary. About, 10 minutes to the sea. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Easy to find, uncomplicated check-in. All was perfectly prepared. ( Baby cot + high chair ) We immediately felt at home. In the house, there is enough space to cook and eat in the open living/kitchen area with 8 people. There is even a fireplace for cold days. The outdoor area is also awesome. Several levels to linger. Great pool, jacuzzi, sauna, even a boule area at the bottom of the property is available. Thank you Stephane for the wonderful holiday week. Frank & family

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Although the days were not the warmest, we were able to swim without any problems thanks to the heated pool. The view was very nice! The host is very friendly and accommodating. It was perfect and totally cozy.

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!
