The property is perfectly equipped, the location very quiet, the view from the bedroom great! By car, Hyeres, the Giens peninsula and the ferries to Porquerolles and Port Cros can be reached in a short time. Philippe is a very friendly and helpful host. Clear recommendation!

The apartment matched our expectations and photos. Very spacious, well arranged, very beautiful. The terraces were a plus. The very quiet, peaceful neighborhood with boats nearby. Very good restaurants on the port. A long weekend in November that made us feel fully refreshed. We'll be back. Thanks to Thierry and Annie. And to Silviane who was very considerate and attentive.

The location right on the beach is perfect. There is a beautiful large balcony where you can eat and relax wonderfully. I admired the sunrise every morning. A bus stop is very close and the entire Giens peninsula is always worth a trip. I will definitely come back.

My partner and I had a great time in this beautiful place, which is perfectly true to the description and photos of the listing. The terrace, directly open to the living room, is very quiet, sunny, and allows you to admire the salt marshes and the magnificent landscape in the best conditions. The apartment is also easily accessible because it is served by the road between Hyères and Giens, but also away from this same road, so perfectly quiet. And the presence within a 5min walk of a grocery store/bakery/market gardener and a bike rental allows you to leave the car at the parking lot for the duration of the stay. Also a big thank you to Label Prestiges for the welcome, availability and responsiveness for allowing us to access the apartment very easily and independently, and for answering our questions without delay. We warmly recommend this apartment.

Jean michel was a super friendly host and the apartment is in a prime location! Upon arrival we were a little later than expected. We were able to leave our suitcases and he dropped us off at a restaurant on the beach. After half an hour we were picked up again and we got a tour of the apartment. He informed us of all the activities and attractions in the neighborhood. Also, he offered to take us at a table in a crowded restaurant as he knew the owner. Upon departure, it turned out that we were delayed. Unfortunately, we could not stay longer because the apartment was already rented. He thought along with us and suggested multiple options. He ended up dropping us off at my sister's place. In short, a great host! This accommodation is definitely recommended!

A very nice house in Port Grimaud II. We did not join the boat dock, but there is one. The garden is sunny in the morning. There are garden chairs and an awning. You can walk to the beach, which is especially valuable in high season, as you like to stand in a traffic jam and can't find parking if you drive to public beaches. The handling with Leason was extremely pleasant, very quick responses and solutions!

We appreciated our stay in Jean Bernard’s apartment immensely. Location top, parking close & practical, walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. The jacuzzi was the highlight for family time in the evenings and we loved visiting the nearby towns during the day. A perfect time-out in a lovely, modern flat on the canal. The rooftop terrace is spacious and well furnished and the overall design at Jean Bernard’s provides a relaxing, stylish beach feel. We wouldn’t hesitate to return & highly recommend this sweet holiday getaway. Thank you for replying promptly at all times & sharing your little paradise with us Jean Bernard😊.

We have stayed in many different properties in France and this by far is our favourite and by far the most beautifully refurbished. The communication from Elodie and Kevin was fantastic and helpful . Check in was easy . The property was amazing . So Clean , so well equipped and so tasteful. We loved everything about it . Elodie and Kevin have thought about everything . I cannot recommend this property highly enough . My only concern about recommending it is that when I want to come back it will be fully booked . Thank you so much Kevin & Elodie we will be back . In short, a great stay in this apartment. The apartment although small is very functional and the living room is spacious enough. The decoration is very neat and tasteful. The sea view is beautiful. Access to the beach is a 3-minute walk with a short stretch on the road. Only downside, finding space on arrival can be a real headache! The value for money is correct. We did not have the pleasure of meeting our host but she was very responsive on the app and gave us specific instructions.

5 days in paradise. Much better than I expected, Cathy's apartment is new, beautiful, tastefully furnished, comfortable beds and nothing is missing, 2 TVs, cd dvd mp3, wifi, a small stereo system for FM lovers, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, an electric grill on the terrace, there are even two small umbrellas for the beach. Really like staying at home, even better, the terrace is just overlooking the sea, beautiful, spacious, the apartment is on the top of two floors, with elevator and above there is another large terrace like the entire apartment itself with a jacuzzi ready for use . A short walk to beautiful beaches, convenience stores, cafes, pubs , rice, tobacco, all within walking distance. For those traveling by train there is also a bus that stops right in front of the building. Cathy is an impeccable host, kind and available for anything. I've been going on that stretch of coast for years and now I have an extra reason to go back as soon as I can ))

Our stay at Benjamin's was all around successful – the apartment is furnished with great taste and really leaves nothing to be desired. Even if the weather was not quite on our side, we could enjoy the view of the Mediterranean – simply fantastic! The hot tub was a real highlight for the children and was used extensively. Cécile, who did the check-in and final inspection with us, was always available, warm and very helpful – we felt very well taken care of. Many thanks to Cecilé and for the wonderful time in the apartment! We would come back anytime.

We had a lovely stay at this beautifully decorated house! The atmosphere is cocooning. In February the place is very quiet and many shops and restaurants are closed around. We had a relaxing stay (without television😉) it feels good to disconnect!

Very beautiful house with great views and pool. There are 3 bedrooms and an annex which worked really well for us. We also enjoyed the tennis courts and the beach which is very close. Can only highly recommend the house and Carine was very accommodating and always quick to respond.

We hope to be lucky enough to one day return. This was a beautiful, relaxing spot and we all (2 families traveling together) enjoyed our stay so much. It is obvious that this home has been used to make beautiful family memories, it is charming and comfortable and was well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our time. We all wished we had a few more days to relax at the house and explore the immediate area.

We had an exceptional stay! The apartment is even better than in the photos: clean, spacious and very well decorated. Great stay at Sonia's apartment! The welcome was super warm and then the communication was great. In addition, Sonia left us some homemade farm products that were really delicious. The apartment itself is extremely close to the port of Fréjus as well as at the start of the beach (<300 m). Everything you need is at your fingertips. Beyond all this, there is the very large and beautiful terrace, perfect for eating on. It was an experience that will exceed all expectations!
