Excellent communication and instructions for entering Baugh Fell View. Absolutly top class facilities. Including log fire for cosy night in. Lovely location and superb views and walks where by maps are provided. Comprehensive books and literature for walks, places to visit near and far. Highly recommended accommodation for a wonderful stay. Yes a return visit a must.

Brilliant little space in the centre of town ideal for the 3 peaks and surrounding areas. Excellent use of space perfect for a couple. Really well presented and clean everything you needed great host

Ian’s place is fantastic! We visit the Dales twice a year and have used the same property on many occasions. Unfortunately, that property was sold. We spent considerable time searching for a property that would suit our family and Ian’s place most certainly fit the bill. The property itself is a stunning, spacious, well equipped Dales cottage. The surrounding area is beautiful. We will most definitely request to book Ian’s place again. If you’re planning a visit to the Dales, Ian’s place will not disappoint.

We had a fantastic stay in Diane’s cottage. It’s a lovely place, very well equipped, and in a great location for exploring the area. Communication with Diane beforehand was really easy, and she provided plenty of useful information and tips. We loved Hawes, and indeed the many places around it. We will definitely return, and if so, wouldn’t hesitate to stay in Diane’s cottage again.
