Thankfully surprised with the Accommodation that has everything you need, but what made the stay more pleasant was Paola's good attention. From minute one was attentive. It was super flexible on the issue of entry and exit so, I can only thank you for the kindness and good treatment. 100% recommended

Perfect location, amazing apartment and an amazing host!!!

We loved our 16 days in the apartment and the adjoining roof terrace. It became home away from home within a day or two. Everything was as described. The kitchen was really well equipped, so cooking was easy too. Marìa was super helpful and very quick to answer our questions. We loved it and would go again ❤️

This was a great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication in the build up, then on arrival we were met by our host (or someone on the behalf, I’m not sure), they talked us through the whole place with great instructions and advice then left us to it. A clean and tidy villa, bathrooms where immaculate. A lovely peaceful setting but just a minute away from bars and restaurants and a beautiful sea front. We didn’t use the pool (it was January) but I was open and being maintained, ie cleaned and checked. It’s a very safe and secure setting. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, if not even nicer. Would absolutely recommend. Something to be aware of is the approach within the small complex is quite uneven due to a beautiful rocky walkway and there are four steps up to the property, just to be mindful of you have elderly travellers, although our 87 year old managed several times a day! Beautiful stay.

We felt very comfortable in Michel's apartment. Especially the terrace was beautiful. Restaurants, bars and the supermarket were within easy walking distance. Communication went smoothly. Highly recommended!!!!

I was extremely impressed with the quality of this superb apartment. Very central to the centre of Garrucha. AJ went out of his way to let my bicycle in a secure place.

It's a medium floor, for two people it's perfect. The terrace was very good, although there was a problem with the blind to reach it so we could not take full advantage of it. The place is very nice and in general everything was perfect, clean and tidy when we arrived. Very attentive and kind Luigi!

Very comfortable accommodation with free parking next to the house, they made our stay an entire experience to consider for future visits, the Host made our stay very easy and it is to be appreciated for their collaboration, we will repeat again!!

Lovely apartment in a modern, well maintained complex. Underground car park only 20m from door of apartment. There is a separate double bedroom/shower off the courtyard which we did not use but it would appear to be ideal for privacy if traveling in a larger group. Beds comfortable, toilet, shower are clean and kitchen has just about everything you would need. One of the better apartments we have stayed in. Flexible with check in and check out and met us on arrival. Right in the centre of the village but very quiet when we visited.

Highly recommended apartment. Very comfortable and very nicely located. The terrace is spectacular. The host is very friendly and very easy to communicate with, although fortunately everything went according to plan and there was no need to do anything out of the ordinary.

It is the fourth time we go to the accommodation, unbeatable location, next to the beach and the main square, spectacular terrace and Betty always attentive to the needs. To say something negative, there is no good acoustic insulation, but at the time that we go there is usually not much night time jaleo.

Very pleasant stay. Host is great with smooth communication and willing to help. Location is very quiet but with plenty of restaurants (even within walking distance) and small cozy village centers nearby. The sea is also easily accessible with Mojacar Playa about 30 minutes away. The flat itself is just perfect: nice terrace to enjoy the sun, spacious living room and kitchen with all amenities and 2 spacious rooms. Recommended!

We were with our baby and our stay was very comfortable! Everything was very clean and the pool was very quiet and accessible.

We stayed here for a month in February to escape from the cold and rain of northern europe. Superb weather and what a superb location. First line, looking out across well tended gardens to the sea. Amazing to watch the sun slowly rise from the sea each morning. Easy access to nearby restaurants and a small supermarket. Good scenic cycling south towards Villaricos. The development is immaculately maintained and the apartment is of a high standard, comfortable and had everything needed for a long stay. Many thanks to Amaya and Cayetana who were both kind, friendly and very helpful

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

The apartment is ideal, everything is new and the beds are super comfortable, the development with the pools and swings ideal for children, we had a fantastic family vacation. Keep in mind that the development is a little removed from the village and the beach, with the car you can easily get around and you can park well anywhere. The treatment with Naddia and Nicolas was perfect, she helped us with everything. If you go to the area, I recommend the beach on the grounds or the one in Coccas, a few minutes away by car since the one that is close to the house is made of stones and for children it is not the best. For lunch there are several places the best to bring food home to La Paila.

Great location, good and well equipped apartment with excellent terrace.

It made our stay in Águilas easy with a pet and a baby almost 3 months old. It had everything you needed. Quiet location to rest and a few minutes' drive to Águilas, with everything necessary for a family and not having to eat out all day, in addition to having a community pool that allows you to enjoy a swim comfortably.

The accommodation is very nice. It is equipped with all lis appliances that are usually used at home. It is a detail of the plastic tableware for the children. I would definitely go back to this lodge. Thanks for everything Fran.

I had a fantastic vacation the apartment as described and very clean. That I can say about Meri the best of the best gave us a lot of places to look out for us at all times a lovely person we go that because of the times I talk to her about wasa and phone I took her even fond. Thank you so much for everything, you are fantastic
