Juana's place is ideal for those looking to visit the picturesque village of La Alverca, as it is very close, allowing you to go out to the village on foot. Despite being so close, we feel in a perfectly private and charming place in a corner of nature and tranquility. I advise anyone who wants to visit the area or just spend a few days in the middle of nature!

Paloma is wonderful and very kind host. Extremely helpful from the very moment we met her for check in, until the end when we checked out. The accommodation was very safe, clean and organized and met our expectations. Very nice place for getting away from city life and just relaxing on the property. Also, the surrounding areas in Candeleda are beautiful with a lot of mountainous to explore while hiking and walking around, along the river, as well as surrounding areas. Wonderful stay - everything we had hoped for in terms of peace, beautiful surroundings and views, and a very well situated and equipped property. The property was very comfortable and practically every need had been thought about - we would have liked some hanging space for clothes and an iron/ironing board but these were minor inconveniences. We would happily return and loved the place. A great home, clean and well equipped. We didn't need anything. The village is quiet but has activity. There are a couple of supermarkets very close to the house, which is very convenient. The host's service is especially remarkable. Communication with Victoria and all the facilities she has provided us with have been wonderful. Everything is highly recommended

The house is great, very spacious rooms, it was a splendid day and we took advantage of the porch, the patio. Both the kitchen and the bathroom had everything. We will be back!!!

A wonderful and super-equipped house (pool, BBQ, fireplace) to spend a few days in a place in the middle of the forest on the southern slope of the Sierra de Gredos. Great for groups of friends and for a large family. Angelita welcomed us and showed us the house and made everything easier. Definitely a place to come back.

It was great staying there. Great location. Very sweet town. I was there with 2 little girls, and there is a very nice garden for children 10 minutes away. Nice restaurants. and also easy communication with the owner. Unfortunately, the oven stopped working while I was cooking. The owner came and responded quickly; the issue wasn't resolved. But what to do? Things happened. Overall. We enjoyed it very much.

It's a very comfortable house, we had a great time and the beds are very comfortable, the house is ideal. Diego was always very attentive and immediately assisted us with any questions or problems. It's very well located. If we return to the area, we will definitely return to your accommodation.

Everything was perfect! Oscar was very friendly and helpful, the house was very cozy, beautiful and super clean. We loved it!

Family weekend. A total of 15 people. It's not easy to find accommodations with 7/8 rooms, all with their own bathroom. Super spacious living/dining room, where there were no problems for all of us to sit at lunchtime, when watching TV, or playing any game. The outdoor living room and the pools also give you a lot of play when it comes to entertaining the kids. The kitchen is a bit small to cook for so many people, but it has everything you need and is in good condition. The stay was short, and we didn't get to enjoy the area, excursions, landscapes and so on, but that gives us an excuse to come back.

The house is great, very clean, the roof is the best place to watch the sunset and enjoy the cool air upstairs, the stairs are somewhat complicated, you have to be careful. For me, there were no mosquito nets in the green area around, bugs come in. Claudia was very attentive, she brought us a basket of cherries as a welcome gift, which were delicious!! Thank you very much!! It has nothing to do with the house, but we don't recommend the bar in the square next door. They didn't want to give us breakfast when they were serving it, and the waitress was quite rude to us. the village is very nice and has spectacular views.

The accommodation is dreamy, very private and comfortable. It has everything the photos show and is even better in person. The jacuzzi works perfectly, the heating is perfect, it's impossible to be cold. Sandra, as the owner, is incredibly attentive. She even provided us with a bag of food so we could have dinner the night we arrived. The problem is access, the road is not very good and it is far from any supermarket to buy groceries. Congratulations Sandra on your accommodation!

The house is fine, the owners are very nice and provide you with all the help you need. I thought it was a nice touch that they had supplies in the house, such as shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, cleaning products. The village has more activity than you can expect. Good overall experience.

The house is big and beautiful and its winery is a gem 🍇 We would definitely recommend this place to any family who want to spend a few quiet and relaxed days.

We were a group of 9 friends for a weekend. Check-in and check-out were flexible, adapting to us at all times, and contact with the landlady was easy. The house is nicer than what is shown in the photos, we were able to enjoy the barbecue and the pool. Large rooms and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Exceptional accommodation, newly renovated and with everything super new and also very clean. The house is phenomenal, it has many kitchen utensils, oil, sugar, etc. and also a short walk from downtown.

Amazing! It's a thoughtful home. The views and breakfast in the mornings on the porch in the sun, have been of the best moments in the family. Fernando is charming, he took great care of us, always paying attention to everything so we didn't lack anything. She greeted us with some fritters and some cakes that were delicious. House is located in a very quiet village. If you want to spend a few days disconnecting from the city and connecting with nature is the perfect place.
