Monthly Rentals in Garfield Township

Perfect location for us-close enough to donuts, restaurants and the bay but far enough away from the busy (noisy) downtown. Easily walkable or bikable to nightlife. Accommodations were immaculate and lovely. Really enjoyed the balcony for quiet moments and the building’s Commons Room for getting together with others. Glad we lucked out with an “odd” number apt., on the quiet side of the building. Appreciated the option of a last minute rental when family illness forced us to look for Plan B. Will definitely stay here again.

The perfect place to stay in Traverse City. Amenities are top notch and the beds are the best we’ve ever had in an Airbnb 🛌 Location is fantastic, close to everything you could possibly need and Bev is a fantastic host, very thoughtful and helpful. If you are considering a stay in TC, this is the spot.

This was our second time staying here. We love the park across the street out the front door and the bay out the back door. Last time here I fell in love with the easy chair and ottoman in the living room and took pictures. Now I have one just like it at home. That fireplace was perfect coming in after a walk in the brisk fall air.

The studio was fantastic for a great weekend getaway for a couple. We loved having the garage to park in! Great instructions for check in and the host was available if we needed anything. The only downside was just personal preference. The mattress was VERY firm and quite uncomfortable if you prefer something softer.
