A perfect location on a quiet corner of Old Towne TC. Just steps to shops, dining, theater and waterfront. Our downtown condo is beautifully furnished and provides a respite to recharge for your Up North adventures. 1st floor condo sleeps up to 4 with king bed and full sleeper sofa. Well-lit self key-pad entry to outer & inner condo door. There is parking on site, however it is limited and on a first come first serve basis. Fortunately we have a parking garage right next door for overflow .

A serene sleeping area features a dark quilted bedspread draped over a spacious bed. Soft lighting from bedside lamps illuminates the room. A decorative sign rests on a nightstand, providing a positive message, while a landscape print adorns the wall above the bed.

Wonderful 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with living room that has sofa sleeper and full kitchen with dining area. Easy access ground floor unit with washer/dryer. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, glasses, Keurig, pots and pans. Bathroom includes shampoo and bodywash. Located on the Tart Trail for easy access to downtown Traverse City, parks, restaurants and beaches. This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Smart TV has Samsung TV Plus included or stream your subscriptions.

Surround yourself with style in this standout space. 1 bedroom, 1 bath 3rd story unit with views of West Bay. Includes a parking spot onsite. Walkable to everything downtown Traverse City has to offer. The bedroom has a king size bed and an upgraded memory foam mattress on the queen pull out sofa in the living room. We have black out blinds in the bedroom and black out curtains in the living room. It is only 1 block to the beach! Within 1-3 blocks of many restaurants/bars downtown TC!

Lovely, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a private patio at "the Lofts at 58" located in the heart of The Village at Grand Traverse Commons! Enjoy casual & fine dining, shops, walking and hiking trails, breweries and wineries right outside your door! This is one of the largest historic sites in the US and the tours are interesting and fun! Traverse City's Downtown district is only a mile away where you can enjoy the beaches, sunsets on the bay, shopping, restaurants, theaters, and more!

Several great places right across the street like Rare Bird, The Parlor, Patisserie Amie and one block away from FireFly. This is definitely the place to be staying in Traverse City! - We are following all guidelines and protocols per the CDC for a deep clean so the condo will be well sanitized.
