Vacation rentals with a patio in Garden City

Loved the condo! Jennifer was so helpful and answered me anytime I emailed her. I would suggest this place for anyone who is looking for a nice upscale place to vacation and feel at home.

Host was easy to communicate. Space was enough for myself n my 2 friends n the beds was EXTRA comfortable even the sofa.

Great property in a new Condo development. The location is excellent with easy access to 17, 17 Business, and the Murrell’s Inlet Marsh Walk…15-20 min drive to Surfside Beach or south to Litchfield Beach/Pawley’s Island. Condo is new, and easily accommodates 6 guests. As it is a new listing it may not have some of the extra items (coffee, tea, dry goods, storage bags, etc.) you may find in an ABNB that is long established. That said, Alisa was very responsive when we asked for a broom/dustpan and had it delivered promptly so we could clean up after ourselves. NOTE: We were there during Tropical Storm Debby and there was no issue with flooding in/around the property. Excellent stay in a great location!

Really enjoyed the stay at this condominium. Generous supply of beach towels, towels, paper products, dishwashing detergent, washing detergent, seasonings, and bowl of snacks provided. Really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the view from the balcony, and the beach storage unit where we could place all of our beach gear.

Needed a little time away for fun and relaxation. Place was Great. Very clean and host was responsive to any questions- would recommend! It was a Great getaway! Thanks!

We absolutely loved staying here ! It was close enough to the beach but also out of the crowd of everyone else . It was so beautiful inside and we couldn’t asked for an easier stay ! It was our anniversary and we got engaged and with the ease of checking in and out , it just made our anniversary so much better . She communicated so well with any questions I had . Definitely would stay here again

Just as pictured! Everything was just as described and Tiffany was very responsive, even texted to check in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly! Parking is across the street (as stated in listing) but it’s very easy to walk it’s flat and not a lot of traffic on the road so you’re not waiting forever to cross. I would definitely stay again!

Her place is very clean, love the location of her place nice shaded parking space, nice private area in the backyard with the lights on the fence. she have lights on the kitchen counters,you got to see it. it's very relaxing home. she have everything you need there. you will definitely feel like home. I bet you wouldn't want to leave. I highly recommend staying there.

The home was perfect. We were very impressed with the space, it was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever been in and it was just steps away from the beach. The neighborhood itself was very quiet and peaceful

The house was amazing! It had everything we needed and was clean. The bikes are an extra perk that we really enjoyed as well. Satchele was responsive and flexible. 10/10!

Came down for a golf trip with 10 of us staying at the house and it was perfect. Pool was a nice touch and it was like a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive down to marshwalk for dinner. Great location and Terra was a great responsive host.

Really nice place to stay. Very clean and beautiful place inside and out. Loved the outdoor space. Host was great to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent home in a great location!

This house exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the listing does not do this home justice. While the pictures are accurate when you walk in it is so much more! The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, Allison left cookies and provided coffee and coffee supplies making us feel welcome. I loved the large yard with the stream behind it. The pool is small but has plenty of room to relax and the landscaping around the pool was beautiful. I had a slight issue on my behalf and Allison accommodated me this I am forever grateful for. Allison also provided a binder of area restaurants, attractions and my favorite church's. Overall I believe this is the absolute best home I have rented in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The view was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The double locks gave me peace of mind for my autistic son, which is always a top priority. He loved the pool, the lights around the building, and especially the fun indoor lights the host had set up. Even though the elevator is outdoors, it was quiet and convenient. The beach is just a short walk away and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. After I reached out with a small concern, they kindly left chocolates and provided a Swiffer when I asked if one was available. Little gestures like that made us feel cared for. The Camelot building itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff we met were very friendly. The only thing that could improve is the laundry— the coin machine didn’t work and the dryer wasn’t very effective, though that’s outside the host’s control and they suggested other resources! Amazing vacation.

Our stay was great we loved the condo and was so cute and clean. Ann was very helpful by allowing one of us to park at her house since we had to cars but only 1 parking pass due to HOA. We actually talked to her and she was the sweetest ever. We lived the easy walk to the beach easy access from the beach to our condo. We loved it truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would definitely recommend this Host to anyone because she was awesome and we can’t thank her enough.

Condo was very clean, we had everything we needed. The bath towels were extra fluffy and new. The view from the balcony can’t be beat, we saw beautiful sunrises each morning.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Stocked is an understatement. All kinds of small details, very thoughtful. Extremely clean, especially for being beach front. Normally you’d run into rusty bathrooms etc. But this was not like that! Bath toys for the kids, quality shampoos and conditioners. Tampons, which is SO thoughtful for a beach trip. Decorated so classy and cozy. Samantha was extremely kind, and responded within minutes. We will hope she has us again, because we plan to never stay at another beach condo again now that we’ve found this one. Garden city has been our spot for over 50 years in our family. THIS was the BEST.

This place is great. Would highly recommend it and can't say enough about how beneficial it is to have a balcony right over the pool. The building is well maintained and the unit itself is fantastic. Brooke is a fantastic and responsive host and they literally have thought of everything for this place. The instructions are clear, there are toys and beach chairs and coolers and pretty much everything you would need for a beach vacation. Wifi was excellent, TVs were good and the kitchen had anything you would need. I can't think of one thing I would suggest to improve our stay. The area itself is great and we would absolutely stay here again! Thanks to Brooke for a great vacation.

What a fabulous find! Even better than the pictures! Great location, right on the beach, balcony overlooking the waves, fully loaded with everything you need. Took my 81 year old Mother and it was very easy for her as well. If relaxing and listening to the waves is what you are in need of, look no further. Sandy Toes is the place to be! And Courtney, she was quick to respond with the few questions I had. Highly recommend Sandy Toes for your next vacation! Courtney you are awesome! Thanks again!

We had a great vacation and highly recommend this condo! The rental was beautiful, very homey, updated and clean. The location can’t be beat. It was convenient getting to both the pool and the beach. It was only a couple of steps if you forgot something and had to run back. Even though the pool was shared, it was rarely crowded. The condo was well stocked, beyond your typical “enough to get started”. There were cleaning supplies, including dishwasher pods, trash bags, and laundry detergent. The kitchen was well stocked, had great appliances and all the basic cooking supplies like salt & pepper, cooking oil, coffee pods and coffee filters. The two decks were amazing. The view from the second story deck was incredible. I wish they had a table on one of the decks so we could eat meals outside while looking at the ocean, but we made do with the rocking chairs. The beds were a little stiff for our liking, but that’s personal preference. Otherwise it was amazing and we’ll be back!

This is our second time booking with Pun. We were beyond pleased with our experience this go around and look forward to booking again in the future!
