Beach house vacation rentals in Garden City

We had a wonderful time at Al & Ellie’s place. It was a great size for a larger family get-together. The layout was perfect for different generations and family groups. We loved being a very short walk away from the beach, which made the back and forth for meals, kids’ naps, or even just to grab another drink or a snack very easy to do. We’d happily stay here again!

Spent a week at the beach with 15 people (including 7 kids from ages 1.5-8) and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of space for us all to have our own privacy and still get together as a big group. The backyard was an oasis and having the kiddie pool in addition to the big pool was great for littles. The location is perfect, just a few steps to the beach and you can walk to shops/pier. All stores and restaurants are nearby as well. Host was extremely responsive to any questions we had and the house was exactly as described in listing and pictures. If you have a big group/kids this house has everything you need.

If your looking for oceanfront balcony where you can watch the sunrise and enjoy the sound of the waves this is it. Clean, comfortable and parking is included.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home in Surfside Beach, SC! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had a peaceful, welcoming vibe. The breeze and ocean views were amazing, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The host was exceptional—kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our dog. The home was exactly as listed, with cozy linens, plenty of dish/laundry soap, and great amenities. We were there during the King Tide—no flooding and a cool experience. Minor note: a broom and ice would’ve been nice, but easy to manage. GPS may route you to a nearby public lot across the canal; future guests might appreciate delivery instructions in the welcome info. Overall, a fantastic, pet-friendly spot that we highly recommend. We’d gladly return!

The house is beautiful and just what we were looking for. There was a minor issue with the key pad and code not working but with quick timing Adam was able to help us. I highly recommend the property and Adam if you looking for a nice relaxing get away. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay! This was my second time at this air bnb and it was just as great as last time. Communication is perfect and the location is in such a great spot. Tons of parking and the place was very clean! I’d recommend this to anyone looking to have a getaway with friends or family.

She went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay, and it showed in every detail. Being just steps from the beach made every morning and evening feel magical. Whether we were lounging on the sand or enjoying a quiet coffee with the waves in the background, it was pure perfection. We can’t wait to come back. This was a well needed trip for the kids and I after a difficult loss. The home was the perfect retreat for the kids and I to get away and spend some time together enjoying the surroundings of Murrells Inlet. The beach was a 30 second walk away, never crowded and the water was incredible. The home itself was very comfortable, lots of spaces both inside and out for everyone to find their own time to relax and play. The kids would spend all day at the beach then fish during high tide on the backyard dock. The kitchen was well stocked and the dual fridge was awesome, lots of space for food and drinks. We couldn't say enough about how responsive Donald was to any and all questions I had prior to arrival, he was a great help throughout our booking. Overall the experience was really great, we would definitely come back to visit!

Very nice home, peaceful with a small pond in the back yard. Enough parking for 2 or 3 cars with easy access to the beach. "Good bang for your buck."

Our stay at Memories in the Sand exceeded all expectations! The location couldn't have been more perfect, offering incredible views, and the house provided ample space for our large family. We were so impressed by its immaculate cleanliness and the fully stocked kitchen, which had everything we could possibly need. The hosts, Heather and Harry, truly went above and beyond! Their communication was exceptional, and their thoughtful extra touches for our special occasion were so gracious and enhanced our entire experience. While the beach weather wasn't ideal while we were there, we cherished our time together in such a beautiful house. We loved it so much that we're already hoping to make this an annual tradition!

My family and I had an awesome and wonderful stay, the property was beautiful, clean, just as it appeared on the Airbnb site, even better in person, it’s walking distances to the beach, quiet and private. WOW!!!! What an incredible vacation!!! The home was STUNNING and we had plenty of space, there were 14 of us (8 adults/6 kids) and yet everyone had their own rooms/space. The kitchen had everything we needed and we all enjoyed cooking at night. The beach is a quick 2 minute walk and we rented a golf cart to help haul beach gear and little ones. There are FIVE bathrooms, so every family had their own. I would highly recommend this home to anyone with a big family. The host was very responsive leading up to and during our stay, all of our questions/needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay here again. The home was VERY clean and organized, I honestly can't say enough good things.

Debbie's place was exactly as described. What a fantastic communicator, all questions were answered in a super timely fashion. This is a beautiful home in great proximity to the beach, restaurants, and night life. We will definitely stay here again when we come next year.

We stayed throughout a weekend to attend the Artfields Art festival! We loved how close this home was to the beach, and our poodle loved it as well! The home was exactly as the pictures & we loved the spacious kitchen! We’ll definitely stop by again for next year’s trip to SC. (:

We had a great time staying at Drew’s house! It was conveniently located on a quiet street close to the beach. The house had all the things needed for a nice weekend. Would happily come back again.

Cheerfully decorated and perfectly appointed, this is a great family friendly place with close proximity to the beach. Bright, spacious and comfortable as well as in a quiet area. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
