Things to note 1 We have a young family and your room is adjacent (although not accessible from our space for your privacy) to our wonderful often noisy life, there is insulation, white noise, and a TV to buffer, and they do this quite well, we are asleep/quiet between 9pm and 7:30am 2 We are on a busy road, so there is some traffic noise 3 We are centrally located between Boise, Garden City, and Eagle. Our cozy corner house is within 900 feet to the popular greenbelt where you can enjoy the Boise River and a variety of activities. Take in a Boise Hawks baseball game or head to the fairgrounds or see a concert at the Revolution Concert House, all within a 1 mile drive. If you like skiing, Bogus Basin Ski Resort is 22 miles away. Many restaurants, shopping and social gathering places close by. This house is a comfortable modern home located in a quiet neighborhood. You will not be disappointed.

This updated guest suite has a comfy king, twin, futon, stocked kitchenette and a smart tv with all the apps. Complimentary firewood and s’mores kit for spending QT around the firepit.

Private Boise Sunset Studio

In the Sunset area of Boise's north end. Beautiful old homes, tree lined streets and close to downtown, the greenbelt and the foothills. This is a 2nd floor studio apartment with a private entrance. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.

Our basement studio apartment is light-filled and comfortable. With a private entrance, queen bed, table and chairs, and kitchenette with stove and microwave, bathroom with shower. This place is perfect for the single person or couple. Guests are welcome to enjoy our urban farm with walking paths, a labyrinth, chickens, horse and a mule named Joe. Ed and Martha live above this apartment and you may hear us walking around and climbing the stairs above you.

Boise North End Studio

Enjoy our guest suite with plenty of privacy and amenities! The suite is surrounded by windows to provide plenty of natural sunlight. The shutters and shades create extra privacy if necessary. We are located in the Sunset neighborhood of Boise. Downtown and the North End’s Hyde Park are very close and they afford a wide variety of pubs, restaurants, bars, and retail shopping. The foothills are less than 5 minutes away with many hiking and biking trails.
