This basement apartment is part of a home built in 1900. Recently remodeled, it has a separate bedroom, sitting room, kitchen area, and bathroom. One queen size bed and one sofa that converts into a queen bed. We can also provide a pack-and-play. Street parking available, or this house is a short walk to Hyde Park, Downtown Boise, Boise Foothills trails and Camelsback Park, St. Luke’s, and the VA. We are near the base of Bogus Basin, where great snow is just a quick drive up the hill.

We are 15 minutes from the airport, downtown and the best shopping in Eagle and Boise. 550 sq./ft. mother-in-law quarters w/ private entrance and outdoor patio. Includes kitchenette, washer and dryer, private bathroom and large closet. Great for business travelers and couples. The space will sleep four, but you will have to like each other. Landscaping will be a work-in-progress. We have chickens.

Enjoy walking or use the host-provided bicycles to explore the greenbelt, water park and downtown. We are new to AirBnB, but not new to hosting guests. Our well appointed unit is comfortable and cozy. We hope you enjoy your stay.
