The building has been finished in 2025 and is therefore in a very good condition. The apartment offers a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The accommodation is located in a quiet area but has excellent public transport connections, making it easy to reach the city center. There is a free parking lot not too far away and also a lake where you can swim for free.
